This trip was the third time I've used LTTS, and I'm already looking at dates again for May 2026. If you've done your homework, you're realistic on your own abilities,and the harshness of the terrain then LTTS is the one you want to go with. You're buying in to trail support that wants you to get to the end and enjoy the journey along the way.

Whilst there's practical limits on how much Zak and his crew can do once you're on trail, they will do their best to support you along the way. It's not just tub delivery and a taxi home from Redbank at the end.

I just finished my first long distance end to end hike on the Larapinta Trail. Despite the rain, water crossing and eventually flies! I had the most incredible experience ever. I had never hiked alone before, so I was really nervous and apprehensive. Friends of mine who hiked the trail in 2024 used Larapinta Trail Trek Support and highly recommended them. They were a bit pricey for me but it was worth the cost in the end. They have these live Q&A sessions and mentoring programs that I found really, really useful during my planning. The transfers and food drops worked really smoothly. Zac is clearly the local Larapinta Trail expert and I was lucky to be able to spend a couple of hours in the 4WD to Redbank to talk about gear, hiking tips and tricks and how to tweak my hike plan. I'm really grateful for all the help they offered me often above and beyond, what I expected. There were many other hikers on the LT who also struggled a bit but LTTS had our backs.

I hiked the Larapinta Trail solo in July 2023 when it was unseasonably rainy. Charlotte and Zak were amazing. I never did anything like the Larapinta Trail before, but I felt supported and had the confidence knowing they had my back if things went wrong. I really appreciated the cakes and donuts at the end of the hike too! I highly recommend LTTS, especially for solo women hikers.

LTTS were able to reschedule our transfers following the closure of sections 1 & 2 due to bushfire. We were able to complete the whole trail in our allocated timeframe and the whole thing was seamless thanks to LTTS. A huge thank you to Zak and Charlotte.

Randomly got to their website when I was looking for a sleeping mat. Submitted an order, paid for it and heard nothing for a week.

After following up I’ve learned “you are supposed to be our customer to buy stuff. If you are not a customer, your order will be cancelled”.
How the one supposed to know about this weird policy when you allow non customers to place orders and you happily take their money?!

I can’t even comprehend this and can’t believe it’s real.

Thanks for taking your time to write this response, unknown person.

I know nothing about LTTS and I shouldn’t. I was Googling a product (sleeping pad) and google search showed a specific page on your website where I ended up.

Where does it say on the page with a product, where random unknown person landed from google, that YOU SHOULD BE A MEMBER AND CAN NOT BUY STUFF FROM US?
I asked this question in email but will repeat it here since you didn’t bother to respond - why do you allow non-customers to submit orders ?!

If it’s a closed community, there should be an identification process, which won’t allow random unknown people to place orders.

I love this condescending tone, and how you jumped to respond here straight away, yet didn’t bother to reply to my email where I asked all these questions 👍

LTTS were such an important part of our trip to the Northern Territory and we couldn't be happier with the service. We really appreciated the pre-trip advice and update on current conditions, and the logistics were flawless - the food drops and pick up made organising our Larapinta Trail trip so much easier.

They did exactly what they said they would do. The season was so unpredictable due to border restrictions etc, but we were met, dropped off and picked up as planned. All meals were in place and we were able to access trail support if needed. I believe there were staff shortages in that season which may have contributed to some initial misunderstanding. But everything worked out fantastic. We were grateful that we were able to work it through and ended up with an awesome time on the trail. Hope everyone has the same experience. All the best.

Fantastic support and help under difficult times with COVID restrictions creating havoc

Zac and his crew are awesome at what they do. No problems everything went like clockwork as planned. I would certainly recommend this crew to anyone from Australia or over seas.

Overall, a great experience with these guys. There was some confusion over day one and pick-up. I had arrived for transfer to the start of Trail not realising you have to make your own way to the start if walking E2W. Email communication had led me to believe otherwise and that I would be dropped at the start of the tail. Luckily, this error was realised before I was transported to Redbanks!!! It was a stressful start but other than that, the team were great, very supportive of solo female travellers, drop boxes were accurately placed and my ride was waiting for me at the end. I purchased my tent through them too and it was already with my drop boxes when I arrived in Alice Springs. Thanks so much, LTTS!
