Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I am unable to claim my Amazon Pay Gift Cards. This is the second time this has happened to me. Last time they took more than TWO WEEKS to fix the issue. Isn't the whole point of digital rewards are that they are instantly delivered? What is up with this company? Will not recommend.

This is the WORST PLATFORM
This is the WORST PLATFORM. I cash out everyday using them and today will never again. When I entered my email cash outs to my PayPal are instant most of the time. There's now this pattern WHERE THE FUNDS DONT ARRIVE unless you SPAM them and get a human because ai will reply to the first 100. I'm busy right now but I'm gonna come back and get into detail. They're the definition of scam. They say they do one thing and do another.

To be honest im both confused and concerned ive been waiting about 3 weeks now for emails ....from Tremendous regarding my reward on prograd who i have been in touch with and they confirmed that both of my rewards have successfully been processed....and dont know what to do as ive also been in touch with Tremendous via email and no response
