T33a dust extractor
Bought the t33a dust extractor, 18 months later it won't turn on, further inspection the motor brushes worn, simple fix, nope, trend don't do the brushes, I have to buy a complete motor.
At 18 months old this is very poor.

As i discussed with you over email, you have not registered for extended warranty, which would mean your machine does not fall within our guarantee. Our machines come with an initial 12-month warranty which can be extended to 36 months with online registration as seen here - https://www.trend-uk.com/warranty
The motor has the brushes attached, and unfortunately they are not sold separately. I will provide the details for our repair agents below who will be happy to quote and repair your Product.

Trend Customer Service is excellent
I bought a Trend Snappy on Amazon but despite it being a clever design and great way to make the drilling and driving process more streamlined the little adaptor’s 2.5mm ball bearing housing failed making the device inoperable. Was the first time of using and I was very disappointed - BUT and this is the really good news…the customer service at TREND is awesome and jumped to my aid (seeing the recent invoice obviously) and replaced it by UPS express. Got it the next day. This is the sort of customer service we all dream of and it’s still available here in the UK. I’m now fully operational and noisy again. This is a great little time and teeth saving assistant to anyone’s DIY/workshop drilling, countersinking and driving …, Thank you so much Jack Thomson for helping me.

Great but assembly instructions poor
Really sturdy, really functional and, once together, perfect for the job. I wasn't impressed though with the poor assembly instructions and had to go online to find a video. You need to address this and produce your own instructional video for this particular table. It's a shame as the product itself is really well thought out. Additional things that I think would make this even better would be: 1. to supply an attachable storage box or bag to put the insert rings, router fixing screws, allen key, spanner etc supplied in, so they don't get separated from the table. 2. Attachment points for mitre fence and side pressure feather board, for when they're not in use.
