This is the worse company ever

This is the worse company ever. I placed an order with sale prices, but they charged me full price. I have emailed the 3 times, tried to call with no answer. I just took action through my bank. Customer service in non-existent and as far as I am concerned the are a scam company out for your money! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME NOT MONEY! You will never see the products nor will you get your money back! This company will be receiving a review through the BBB as well every possible platform out there!

I have never received my package

I have never received my package, so I've reached out to the customer service. They've told me that I need to contact the delivery company, but the delivery company told me to contact the sender. So I've contacted them and now they are not replying on my e-mails anymore. I've send an e-mail on the 19th of January and 3 days ago. I would not recommend to order anything here, also because the customer service doesn't reply and doesn't come up with a reasonable solution.
