The sent the wrong and inferior product...not what was advertised which looked exactly like the shirt on a Polo Ralph Lauren flyer with the logo erased. They are resisting a refund and are sending form letters of which I have received the same one twice

The shoes aren’t as advertised, they have imperfections. The sides aren’t properly aligned so the stiches aren’t in the right place. They’re not worth the money… very disappointed!

They sent me the wrong size shoes. I tried to reach out to them to exchange/ return the shoes and they DID NOT reply. I am stuck with shoes that cost me $107. I sent two emails. And calling them is no good as well. The Account #713002098 I am salty.
