Services catastrophiques et pas d'interlocuteur

Un service catastrophique, des coupures de réseaux internet plusieurs fois par semaine ou réseau faibles (soit les clients tombent sur messagerie, ou bine ils n'entendent rien au téléphone et ça raccroche souvent en pleine conversation).
Des responsables et "chefs" d'équipes qui ne font pas leur travail de gestion.
Aucune réponse sur messagerie et encore mois par mail.
Pourtant nous travaillons avec une autre entreprise de Madagascar pour des traitements de dossiers depuis plus de 10 ans, nous n'avons jamais de coupure, même en visio...

Enfin si vous les appelé vous constatez que leur propre téléphone à Madagascar fonctionne parfaitement, mais on vous réponds qu'on peut vous passer aucun responsable, qu'il faut envoyer un mail (mails qui restent sans réponses).

Fuyez ce service sinon vous allez perdre des clients, votre temps et votre argent.
