Great Customer Service
Easy to use website. I ordered a few pairs of earings and they sent the wrong size for one pair. I called up and the lady was just so very helpful. It was not a problem and she arranged for me to receive the correct pair and was very apologetic. Excellent customer service.

Quick delivery too much packaging
Recieved my 3 pairs of earings delivered in good time however packaging was excessive a pot for each pair a small velvelt pouch for each pair and a bag for each pair . it would have been greener and more convenient to put the earings in one bag as most of my packaging was recycled it would have saved money too.

Absolutely shocking services
Absolutely shocking services. The delivery time for next day delivery was not stated so I ordered an item payed £10 yea £10! At 7pm Thursday evening and evening expecting to have my item on Friday to phone up to be told it will be Monday or Tuesday even tho I had payed for special delivery. The lady was rude did not want to help me in the slightest I said could she get me my parcel for tomorrow - Saturday and she told me yes for an extra £5. This is not exceptable. I definitely won’t be ordering again.
