unfortunately

unfortunately, tresta as yet does not adequately replace my iphone's stock messages and phone apps.

It does not audibly notify me of incoming text messages, text messages can be late or never arrive and phone calls can take too long to connect resulting in the caller hanging up or going to voice mail.

Pretty Darn Good

Solid service. Only negative is there is some slowness in the patch speed some times.

I enjoy the service, but...

I enjoy the service. My only complaint is having to be prompted to press 1 to accept the call, which delays the caller. Sometimes the caller hangs up before I am able to press any numbers. I have already accepted the call by pressing “answer”.

Developing App, Good Service

As a developing app, the quality of calls is good. Billing may be a little tricky, somewhat on a post-paid timeline. Messages are in beta mode, but all in all a good business phone service.

They only take a payment with a credit…

They only take a payment with a credit card. You cannot send
them a check. Isn't that strange?

Definitely not switching back to any other company

Much, MUCH better than other VoIP services at the cost. The interface and mobile app are very easy to navigate, support is very responsive and you really can't beat the price when it comes to the features you receive. There are just a couple small features that prevent me from rating this as 5 stars, but I hope to see Tresta continue to enhance and update their software to accommodate all needs as their competitors but at the same competitive price.
