Unfortunately there will always be a point in life where you need to ask for help and guidance, to know where you stand from a legal point of view and how to move forward. Having made the difficult choice to get a divorce that’s when I got in contact with Trethowans. There was an initial telephone consultation which was free of charge where I could let them know about my situation and they offered guidance and told me where I stand from a legal point of view. Unfortunately my case wasn’t as straight forward and possible to do alone so I was offered a couple of different options to proceed. This first call was extremely useful and informative and everything was explained clearly. Jackie was very knowledgable and considerate with my situation and I was happy for her to proceed.
Divorce proceedings do take some time to play out and everything is factual and legal so do bear in mind that things can seem very blunt, but knowing you have a knowledgable legal professional working on your behalf gives you confidence and helps relive that worry.
I was kept informed throughout the proceedings of my case with regular updates and invoices for works undertaken, so you’re not hit with a big bill at the end.
