My name is Elliott Ransom and I would like to leave a review for James Braund and Emily Green. I was involved in an RTA in 2020 at a young age and subsequently sustained multiple serious life changing injuries, both mentally and physically.

James Braund was instructed to act on my behalf/represent me in my personal injury case along with Emily Green, and I am so glad they were.

In total, I have been dealing with James Braund very closely for approximately 4 years. Within that time frame, I have had multiple minor and major operations and procedures. Not to mention having to bear the pressures and stress’s that come along with the litigation process. I cannot begin to imagine how life would have been, if James Braund wasn’t sailing the ship through all of this.

I have personally struggled immensely throughout this process. However, James Braund was the only one who could install faith into me to keep going and not give up and for that reason alone, I will be forever grateful to him, because he was the one who really did get me through all of it and out the other end to continue the rest of my life.

I found a friend in James Braund at the hardest time of my life and I am personally saddened that my personal injury claim has come to an end, purely because I will not be dealing with or speaking to James as frequently.

I simply cannot sing James Braund’s praises high enough and would certainly urge anyone who is seeking a personal injury lawyer to speak to James Braund.

If the world had more James Braund’s in it, it truly would be a beautiful place for everyone.

I used Trethowans for my divorce. It was a tough and very stressful time. My solicitor was tested to the max with the battle I had with my ex. I could not have got through any of it had it not been for her strong mentality to help me get what I needed. She never gave up and had to deal with my heartache and stress constantly. Going to keep it simple, don't mess about wondering if they are worth a bit extra you will pay, they are the best! The old saying is true you get what you pay for.

I can only speak of Poole branch but if you need a property solicitor I highly recommend Finn Downing or Mark Daniels.

They are both clear,concise,easy to work with, and most important: keep you updated on all the steps.
