Ordered a bbq and they took the payment from my account and I haven’t received my purchase nore has there been any updates for delivery or tracking information. I Tried emailing the company about my concerns but have got no correspondence from them what so ever. I wouldn’t bother ordering anything from this company as they appear to be a scam and just take your money.

I just realised I've been scammed the website look legit and I heard nothing when my air con being sent for delivery It been since the 29th and it states 5 to 6 days and heard nothing sent a email heard nothing check the location its in a remote island in a place called contes cant believe this ffs

Got a confirmation. Suspicions arose because it never appeared in my ‘Shop’ account. I got a reply saying that they despatch within 5 days. Last I heard from them. Reported to bank.

Same as everyone else. Ordered garden storage shed and no delivery. Email gets ignored and is a personal email address. Telephone number doesn't exist
And to top it all my bank made me wait 30 days amd have now contacted their bank for info and told me i have to wait another 45 days. Shocking service from natwest when others are being refunded within 30 days

Ordered garden storage box didn’t arrive, e-mailed them to query expected delivery date & received no reply. Rang mobile number on the website - number not in use. Raised a dispute with the bank to claim money back. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE IT’S A SCAM!

Ordered a,shed all paid for but never received it scamming swines that's all they are spoke to 1 bloke on the mobile no provided amd he got abusive and laughed and threatened me
So I informed visa through my bank to chase

Trevion 1 Galopin Drive Doncaster are no longer in business according to Company’s House UK. I ordered 2 x Storage boxes at a Total cost of £198. They sent me delivery confirmation and took the £198 out of my Lloyds account. I wrote an email and phoned the mobile number on the contacts site but no response. I put a dispute in to Lloyds who immediately returned my money. They are a disgrace and I hope you go through trust pilot before you order off them

Absolute con! Tok advantage of an elderly woman that has a medical condition effected by the heat. Emails sent and called continously with no response back

Scammers. Will not ship anything or reply to your chase up emails. Initiate a chargeback through your payment provider.

Scammers. Take money onto international credit card and don't ship anything or reply to emails. Beware using other names such as ampeva and nexiov. All scams by same person probably

They took the money under a company name of Hopphopp which I believe is a German word has anyone else had same experience

I ordered a shed on 31st May 2026 . Haven’t received delivery of the shed and it’s been 3 weeks . It states a uk company . I have written emails no response, I called the number the give no service it is an absolute scam . Please don not send any money to this Company

SCAM SCAM SCAM, whatever you do, don't buy from this company!
Look genuine company based in Doncaster, but are French.
When you money is being processed it will not come up a Trevion, but Petefr!
I ordered a 6x8ft shed £299 on the 9th of June, expected delivery 4/6 days no shed delivered, emailed company got no reply, tried to raise a concern with Shopify, however you have to wait 30 days, so I contacted my credit card company today and they agreed and credited me back the money thankfully.
So do not buy anything, I wish I had read reviews before making the purchase, but the business looks legitimate, but is definitely NOT 🤬

Complete scam, I ordered 2 storage units £160, klarna say I have to wait until 25/6 to start refund/ cancellation of further charges, sent them a couple of emails saying they are scammers, no response as you can guess, & as one person who also got scammed said why isn’t google taking them off

Never received shed took money,I've tried contacting them emails and they have not got back to me ,they added a subscription to to my bank account scam ,beware of this company,I've had to get bank involved, Not received anything and they try take extra money,how are companies like this aloud to buy on the internet block them Google apple android etc
