This is a scam!!! You won't get the product and they will not respond to your messages. The phone number is fake aswell

DO NOT ORDER THEY ARE A SCAM they take your money and you do not receive your item nor do you get a conformation email money just goes out of your account. I have reported these

Wanted to give minus star but it won’t let me, so I’ve written it instead. Hopefully I’m going to help other people save money. This setup will rip you off. I wish I had read the reviews then I wouldn’t have used them for sure. Even Mr Turpin wore a mask but this lot blatantly advertise goods knowing you’re not going to get them and just take your money. They have ripped me off don’t let it happen to you. I do believe in karma. PS it wouldn’t let me use his first name hence Mr Turpin.

Heard nothing -. No replies to emails. Presently being investigated through the bank.

If I could give no stars I would . Disgusting scam operator . I reported to trading standards who advised me to contact my bank . Couldn’t report to bank until after 15 days . Was about to report to bank when I went on app to see I had been refunded . Funny that but I do believe trading standards was the reason . The one time I didn’t check reviews etc and had this happen these people want making take accountability for their fraudulent trading !!!

Appears I've been scammed too. Googled BBQ Table, this was first option, bought via Shopify, never checked reviews or website directly. Made purchase on 22nd May 2026, and went to follow-up today as not marked yet as Shipped, checked reviews... and here we are. I'm raising the payment with Bank now, but not sure what I can do about it.

Scam site beware! ordered a garden storage box and it has never been delivered. made several attempts to contact the merchant and shopify but no response. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. i will now also never use anything through Shopify as they clearly do no due diligence.

Purchased shed from trevion but something told me after I paid that something wasn't right. Should have checked reviews here first as inbound never have went through with it. Google search results should be flagging this.

Hopefully will get payment stopped in time via credit card company fraud investigation team.

Ive not bought anything but selling the same stuff at same price from Hartpool. I wouldn't trust this. Google needs to take this down
I bought a couple of weeks ago of hartpool got nothing, now don't exist.

Scammer - obviously just loaded a website to get free cash! Paid through Klarna so hopefully they wont see a penny of my money

Ordered a shed on 12th May emailed to find out when said shed would be delivered, no response tried ringing the phone number not working. Total scam . Now 23rd May no shed wish I had check the company before hand. So beware of TREVION .

Total scam, be careful with this site. Zero response, they took the money and there's been no delivery for over 3 weeks. If you're writing this, it must have gone somewhere. No stars, fu…. thieves. Scam, scumbags.

This is a SCAM do not order any thing from them. They took £198 of my money and have not heard from them since. No way of contacting them either. “ BEWARE”

should have read the reviews here first! Same issues - ordered a garden storage box 3rd May from Trevion , sent two emails to Maia Bartsch chasing, telephone number +44 7462 134399 on the order doesn't work, reported to Doncaster Consumer Advise Service too as the address is Galopin Drive

Another customer defrauded by the looks of it. Ordered a shed and paid £190 on my credit card 1 week ago. Tried to cancel the payment after reading the scandalous reviews about these fraudsters. Unfortunately have to wait 30 days to get my money back. I’ve sent 2 emails and no response as yet. This scam needs shutting down 😡

Ordered a shed for my son 5th may this year no emails and can't phone them taking it further now

Ordered a garden box on May 7 but not delivered by May 20. sent e mail asking situation but no reply.Paid by credit card so have put in the dispute procedure
