Questions
I was actually looking for reviews from people who use the device. What their experience is with using the wallet, not about customer service, though I do appreciate your response.
I have a Trezor wallet so I do understand what information it holds I just haven't put my information on it until I'm more confident with it, hence 2 star review. There is so much false information, AI, scammers and hackers that it makes it difficult without questioning.

As for what you mentioned about investors losing crypto — there has never been a confirmed case of a remote hack of a Trezor device itself. When losses unfortunately happen, they are almost always due to user mistakes, such as sharing the wallet backup (recovery seed) with an attacker, entering it on a fake website, or exposing it online. Crypto is not stored on the device. The wallet backup is the key to the funds, and if it’s shared, no hardware wallet can prevent misuse. That’s why we put so much emphasis on education and clear security guidance.

Problem sending tokens with Kraken for the first time.
After 10 mails and dont't find a solution, our telephone consultation kept on searching even it was a Kraken issue.
We identified that the issue you were experiencing when sending tokens from Kraken to your Trezor was related to reusing the same contact/alias for multiple ERC-20 tokens. Once a new, unique alias was created and linked to your Trezor’s Ethereum receive address, the issue was resolved.

Chatbot HAL & Trezor Forum NO help, only direct Trezor Support worked!
After having absolutely NO help at all through the Chatbot Help HAL, and after having NO help at all through the recommended Trezor Forum portal, I eventually got the help I needed directly form Trezor Support after applying & waiting for a ticket. So in the end my problem was sorted, but it was not an enjoyable experience having first to jump through those other hoops without any success.
