The help asked for a video and it revealed to the support person what I was doing wrong. I had to wait a few days and that was not so great, but the help was great.

I got the Trezor to replace a backup…

I got the Trezor to replace a backup Ledger Nano X that was only a year and a half old before the screen stopped working on it. I’m highly impressed with the Trezor and its quality and your professionalism’s. Soon as my second Ledger becomes faulty I’ll happily be replacing it with another Trezor.

Worst return possible

I’d order a hardware wallet and when it arrived I believed it to be compromised so I started a return. They explained I’d have to pay return shipping and provided me with a shipping label that needed printing out so I had to go to someone to use a printer, this label would only print on a full sheet of paper so a massive label. Then I had to go and buy a postage bag so the massive label could fit. Then I post the item back to them and when received a refund they had taken over £10 which they said is for the original shipping and return shipping. It would of been better to just bin it.

I am very satisfied with my Trezor…

I am very satisfied with my Trezor device. I really like that it supports the Tor integration, which adds an extra layer of privacy when using the additional tools. It’s great to have that option for enhanced security and anonymity.

I also appreciate that Trezor can be used to confirm transactions for certain wallets. This gives me extra peace of mind, as I can add another layer of protection and make sure everything is properly secured before approving anything.

Another very positive experience for me has been the customer support. They usually respond by the second day at the latest and provide helpful solutions and clear suggestions.

Overall, my experience with Trezor has been very good, and I feel safe using it.

So reassuring to know the one on one Trezor Expert is available for self custody Crypto holders. The price is reasonable for the hour session.

Tristan is truly a gentleman and an outstanding representative. He is highly knowledgeable about the products and systems, efficient in his approach, courteous at every step, and exceptionally patient.
