Absolutely incredible service from Triangle Parking, could not recommend them more. The whole process was so simple and easy, yes there was the £15 extra to pay for drop off and pick up to enter the short stay car park at Heathrow but honestly so worth it for the service. Although I live in the North and most of my flights are from Manchester, I will fly more often from Heathrow knowing their parking service is here. I was also super grateful for their help with my car, checking what was wrong with it and the advice they gave me to ensure I got home safely (I had a coolant leak). Thank you so much!

Jama’s customer service was fantastic and he was informative upon arrival ensuring we understood what we needed to do upon arriving back in the UK. We had a nightmare journey home with our flight being cancelled with no notice and therefore delayed 28 hours and although I tried to email triangle parking Jama had already made contact via WhatsApp and was really understanding with our situation stating he could drop the car at terminal 5 instead of 4 where we were supposed to land which lessened our stress after such a long delay. I would really recommend them to anyone leaving their car at Heathrow. I will certainly let use this company again.

We were hugely impressed with Triangle. The staff were brilliant. They were friendly and polite in equal measure. The staff were there when they said they would be and the car had only done 12 miles. We have no hesitation in recommending them. We will use them again.

I have used many meet & greet companies before. I travelled last leek and decided to try 'TRIANGLE PARKING'
What can i say.. They are by far the best i have ever used.
They actually called me 40 min before arrival to double check I was coming to the right terminal. As i arrived they were waiting and when they saw i was with passengers/luggage offered to bring trolleys and ensured all was good and comfortable.
I was asked to note my mileage and off i was heading to check-in.
On my return the car was waiting, the kind guy helped load the car, offered me to check mileage and walk around the car. All went very smoothly.
As i left the car park i pulled up to the side to check my sat nav was correctly set when my phone rang. It was triangle, the same guy, asking me if i am ok as he noticed me parked at the side. . . That's what you call people that truly care. I would definitely be using this company again and recommend them to others. I already have a friend that will be moving over to Triangle parking. Well done!

We were absolutely blown away by Triangle Parking.
We booked them through Parkos where they came up pretty much the best reviews and cheapest price.
Our experience with other providers has been consistently below par so we hate using these companies, but Triangle have changed that.
The initial call when we were 30 mins away was answered immediately and the instructions were crystal clear.
The person collecting the car was there as promised and was such a lovely guy. He took a video of the car and asked me to take a pic of the mileage, next level service.
We received an reassuring email when we were away confirming the car was safe and happy (cute), then a reminder email the day before we returned.
The arrival was as slick and friendly as the departure and the person who dropped the car off, equally as friendly.
I can't tell you how impressed we were and will be most definitely be using them again.

This is by far the easiest and most efficient meet and greet we have ever used. We were met at Heathrow Terminal 5 by the nicest friendliest guy. We had gone to the wrong drop off zone but he was there in a few minutes and was so friendly and smiley which makes all the difference as we were a bit stressed after bad traffic. The pick up was equally easy. I will be using this company every time.

The staff were very polite, helpful and prompt with their service.

100% recommend, used recently for a holiday from Heathrow. Guy that met us was lovely. He even took the time to ring us to check if we were aware of the ULEZ charges which we weren’t. It has changed since our previous trip! Had he not of rang we would have received a hefty fine! Car returned promptly. 👍

Great service, great price. Booked with this triangle parking who were a tad more expensive but had far better review, and glad i did. There when we arrived and came back, no delays or stress. Will definitely be using them again. Thanks

Brilliant service from Triangle parking. The Gentleman was waiting for us when we arrived and the car was there upon our return. No waiting at all which we really appreciated after two long flights back to the UK. Would 100% recommend - thank you so much.

This was the best service I have received from any meet and greet company. Offered to help with bags, hardly any miles clocked up and car waiting when we returned. I will use them again next time.

Postcode provided in directions was wrong and c. 25 mins away from where we needed to drop the car. Customer service was rude when I was trying to find a resolution

Driver we eventually met at the airport and had been on the phone with us helping + the actual meet and great services was great. Customer service and data quality needs serious improvement however

Trustworthy company. Theres a reason they are rated 5 stars and that is reliability. Great communicators, always answered phones, and even asked me to inspect the car afterwards.

Having had some really bad experiences, including car damage, at with meet and greet at Heathrow I chose Triangle through the Parkos site because of the ratings. And what a difference! Triangle was the best parking service I have ever used. Friendly, professional, they even helped my video my car and photograph the milage. Triangle are the only Heathrow meet and great service I will use in future.

I would almost go as far as saying the experience with Triangle Parking was the best part of my trip. Excellent communication, very friendly and very proffesional. The rep was waiting for me as I arrived on drop off and collection. The difference in price from long stay parking and meet and greet was only £25 increase which I feel was an absolute bargain for the convenience. I would highly recommend this company and their services. I will be using them for every visit from now on.
