Use them every time we travel 10/10

Use them every time we travel and that’s quite a lot - prompt efficient and professional service and can highly recommend them - they may not be the cheapest but well worth the few pounds more for their reputable service

Another shining review.

Friendly, efficient service. No waiting about during drop off or collection. Excellent communication. A stress-free solution to parking at Heathrow. Will be using again.
If you’re reading this as part of your due diligence before booking with Triangle, you’re going to struggle to find someone with a bad word to say. I couldn’t find one either. Now I know why.

Yesterday Jama the driver brought my blue bmw 1 series back to us at Heathrow floor 2 Excellent service he was absolutely nice guy friendly On time, car returned in excellent condition. All this and service right to the door of the terminal. Definitely recommend 💯 Thank you.

Excellent Service

We used Triangle parking on 14th July 24. It was our 1st time flying from T5 & didn’t know where we were going when we reached the terminal. We ended up going through the drop off zone. We called Triangle who calmly guided us round from where we were to the car park, where he was waiting for us. The handover was quick, we took a picture of the mileage at Jama’s request and he pointed us in the direction to departures. The return was just as slick and friendly, asking us to check the car thoroughly and verify the milage + 10 miles for the journey to their car park & back.
We would definitely recommend & use Triangle Parking again at Heathrow T5. (Please open up at Gatwick as we would like to use you there too!)
Thanks to Jama for all of his help and friendliness - a great asset to Triangle Parking.

Good service. Minimal waiting.

I’ve had a couple of bad experiences with airport meet and greet services in the past, but I was really impressed by Triangle.
Communication was polite and both drop off and pick-up worked well with no nonsense and very little standing around.
Highly recommended.

Impressed. Beyond expectations.

Second time using Triangle Parking for meet and greet at LHR. First time was impressive, our most recent experience beyond all expectations. Jama met us in the short stay, and had already worked out my vehicle’s MOT was about to expire. Whilst we were away he arranged for it to be tested and delivered the car back to LHR with the MOT certificate. Most thoughtful and seriously helpful. Would recommended to anyone wanting good value, personal service.

They were prompt to meet us on drop off…

They were prompt to meet us on drop off more importantly we telephoned as told as we collected our bags and they were there before we arrived to the car park as we had a situation with the lift!!! Terminal 5 Heathrow. Will def be using their Meet n Greet again!

would recommend

I booked with another company that never showed up (do not book with ‘instant meet and greet’) so in a panic was directed to Triangle. They were excellent. Took my booking on the spot, were very attentive when I was anxious I handed my car over at very short notice, and were super accommodating with payment instructions. Thank you triangle!

Outstanding service and wonderful staff

We used the services of Triangle Parking in December 2023. Apologies to Jama and his team that it took me 6 months to post the review! 😊

We flew to Munich on Friday 1st Dec. Dropping off our car at Heathrow airport was very smooth. Subsequently, we got stuck in snow and our return flight was cancelled three times. We finally managed to get back to London on Tuesday instead of the originally planned return on Sunday.

During this period, Triangle Parking staff fully supported us. They proactively checked our return flights, they contacted us, informing of the cancellations. They continued to monitor the flights and despite cancellations and delays, when we finally flew back, they were there in time with the car ready for us to get home.

We highly recommend their services and will definitely call on them again.

Best experience so far

Triangle called us ahead of our arrival time just to see how we were doing and confirm where to proceed to upon arrival. Upon arrival they were particularly helpful and came to find us when we arrived inadvertently at the wrong level in the carpark. A smooth handover and we were on our way in minutes.
On returning post holiday, they promptly brought the car back to me. I found them to be professional and with a good sense of humour making the whole experience very pleasant.
I've used various meet/greet carparking companies at T5 Heathrow and Triangle stood out head and shoulders above the others because the service felt personal and it was clear to me they cared about offering a professional and quality experience. I'll be sure to use them again especially as they remain competitive on price.

Great service for parking at LHR T3

We used the service for parking at Heathrow Terminal 3. The price was better than Long Term Parking (even including the extra £15 for going into the short term car park twice). The service was excellent. Everything was thoroughly and professionally arranged. The drivers were waiting when we arrived and when we departed, so we had no wasted time. They were also really friendly and professional people. We will not bother with Long Term Parking again. Triangle was better in every way.

Friendly, efficient and great service

First time using a meet and greet and was a little apprehensive, but Triangle was a great choice. We booked through BA who hadn’t passed the booking on, but on calling to say we were half an hour away Jamal sorted it and had someone ready at the airport when we arrived. The car was waiting for us on our return, immaculate and with only an extra 11 miles on the clock (the distance to their car park in Stockley Park and back)! Would definitely use Triangle again and highly recommend them.

As a fairly frequent user of Meet And…

As a fairly frequent user of Meet And Greet services at Heathrow, I can categorically state that Triangle have, consistently, provided the BEST service of all providers that I have experienced. Now, I understand that we all have different experiences in life but, everytime I have used Triangle, they have been there on time, polite, professional and deliver exactly what I require to the point that I have recommended them to colleagues who now use them as the preferred service at Heathrow.
Well done on providing a great, customer driven, service!

Well here we go, not sure where all these five star reviews come from. Hold on tight - it's a long one.

About me - I'm a frequent flyer out of Heathrow, especially T5 because of British Airways. I use the airport very regularly and therefore feel that I am more than qualified to write a balanced review because i can compare Triangle Parking to other offerings available for Meet and Greet parking services. I have used many.

This was my first and last time of using Triangle Parking - not said lightly as not all parking services are perfect.

I book parking via BA Parkvia (for the Avios points) and my usual parking company had increased their prices on this occasion. And because I am one for saving my company money, I decided to break my alligience and use a different provider - which on this occasion was Triangle Parking. It would be noteworthy to point out that they were not the cheapest either.

On my departure day rain and traffic scuppered my timings and I was going to be over an hour late to the airport. Not at all Triangle Parking's fault, but neither mine. A call from Triangle an hour before the scheduled drop off time and a discussion was had about the traffic and all was fine about the later arrival. 10 mins before arrival a call from Triangle once again, all good as they have staff to pay for which they don't want waiting around - fair enough and I would do exactly the same. But the instructions change - 'I'll send the driver up to the airport drop off to same you time and he'll meet you there and just make sure you pay the fee on the Heathrow website etc etc'. Fine - handy I think to myself. Turns out this breaches Heathrow Airport's use of the droff off zone, as there is designated parking spots in the short stay car park for 'off-site meet and greet parking'. This is the first time I have been instructed to do this. Needless to say that if I've been picked up by some over zealous CCTV operator and receive a fine, it'll be passed and pursued to Triangle. When confirming my return flight details to the pick up driver I mentioned that it may be that I would get an earlier flight on the same day and will call if this happens. All agreed and fine. So off I trot to get my flight.

Return day arrives and as mentioned I managed to amend my return flight to one due back earlier by 3 hours. I call the mobile number provided and all was received well. Good customer service so far. Landed at Heathrow and immediately called as per instructions that I have landed and asked to call once again when I have passed Passport Control, which I did, also mentioning that I have a bag to collect and was tole to meet in the car park in 10-15 minutes. Ambitious I thought, but that's ok too. It is meet and greet, right? I get a call 15mins later and my bag still had not arrived on the belt and was told they would leave the car there to go and collect another and would return with my key in 10-15mins. Now I don't know if my bag will arrive 1 minute later or 2 hours later, so I say ok. Luckily/unluckily it arrives 2mins later and I get going to level 4 of the car park - the 'off-site meet and greet area'. Double taking where I find my car, I am surprised it has been parked at an angle in a disabled parking space. So now I am getting looks as I wait for my car key with my cases in the disabled area. 25mins pass and I decide to call to check where my car key is - 'I'm 10 seconds away'. It should be pointed out as this point that the car park is not busy - never is - and there are plenty of non-disabled spaces around. The driver arrives and parks next to me in another disabled space! Gets out as if all was ok and hands my key to me and says to check the car - I have just spent the last 25 minutes checking my car which I mention to the driver. I take the key and walk away, putting my bags in the boot and to get the ticket to pay for the parking fee (this is newly implemented by all of the meet and greet providers whereas before they paid for it as part of the price). The driver then murmurs something and I say that it's unacceptable to park in the disabled bays, to which no resonse was received. I pay for my ticket and he says that I'm lucky he wasn't going to charge me an amendment fee! At volume for everyone to hear - no problem for me buddy, credit card companies are very helpful with chargebacks. He may well be the owner or just an employee, but customer service is definitely not his forte.
I appreciate I amended my return time and would have no issue with a delay, but to he continued to argue with me about me mentioning a delay with my bag at volume! I do not mind this at all - it's not my company that everyone is going to judge regardless of who is right or wrong. If only he bothered to listen when people call him, rather that making assumptions!
So Triangle Parking, I am afraid it's never again from me.

I’m sorry to hear of your experience with our company.

I have now looked into your review and spoken to members of staff as well.

To summarise the facts:

Firstly, when dropping off your car you were called by a member of staff to ensure you had read the instructions and to check on your ETA. You informed us of your delay and were very anxious as you stated that you will most probably miss your flight!

We as company wanted to help and ensure we were as swift and efficient as possible to get you to departures as quickly to avoid you having to miss your flight! This is why we advised to come directly to the far end of the drop off area, which is the designated location for Heathrow official valet parking. Our management had already spoken to them and explained the situation and why you would be dropping your car there! I can therefore reassure you that no fine will be send across so long as you have paid your drop off charge as explained!

Secondly, you state that you mentioned you may get an earlier flight. As per our terms and conditions this would incur an amendment charge. We waived the charge and amended your booking as we look after all our clients as evident by our reviews!

We asked yourself again to follow our instructions to have a seamless experience with ourself.

Finally, We then get a call stating that you have landed. We double check are you collecting luggage we are told no luggage to collect. We then advise yourself to call us when you are past passport control and this is done in order for us to dispatch the car in a timely manner! Car is send out and the driver arrives at terminal 5 level 4 row S. The driver waits and then calls yourself and he is then told that you got one luggage to collect? The driver advises that he will go and return in approximately 15 to 20 minutes! Car was returned in 18 minutes from when Mr Young had collected the bag! The driver then returns and hands over your keys and returns the keys to another client right next to your car who is also a BA client whom will also be contacted to leave a review.

As the driver is handing over your key you are loud and clearly annoyed and state that you had the worst experience and will never use us again. This all being your own fault.
