Came all the way from Grimsby to try the Aftershave and was blown away they all smelt so good loads to sample and they were all so good staff excellent and friendly and was happy to help,like all good Scousers are will be back soon for more

I have purchased clothes, aftershaves and sunglasses from here from Tribal Society for my son and these have always been excellent. The products are really good quality and the customer service is always perfect. When I have had to contact them about a refund or exchange they have been helpful and always helped me to sort things out.
I would recommend tribal society to anyone its a great brand who offer great products and brilliant customer service

Great aftershave the only thing was the cost of delivery for such a small product

I've shopped with tribal society for a while now and they're brilliant. They do a lot for are city and that's great to see

Their Clothes are top quality, the store is well set out and you can find what you're looking for easily. But most importantly their customer service is the best about whenever i go into store or message them on their socials nothing is a bother they always go out their way to help me and when i do go in the store i'm made to feel so welcome and always go out their way to answer any questions i have. I'll recommend tribal to anyone who's looking for quality clothing at a great price and excellent customer service. Anyobody visiting liverpool pay them a visit you won't be dissapointed 😉

Just wow the quality of the clothing are fantastic my lad wardrobe is just full of Tribal gear. There customer service is 10/10 needed to send a jacket back as I got wrong size Steph handle my email straight away with no trouble at all.

Great quality. Great price. Arrived quickly in time for the summer holiday madness. Ordered a 8year old for my ‘big for his age’ 7 year old, and a 10 year old for my ‘normal to small sized for his age’ ten year old.

I was experiencing some difficulty in finding the early access page for the new sunglasses drop to guarantee myself a pair and after reaching out to Steph I was able to find it , helping me obtain the glasses that next day.

Tribal Society track pants were such good quality when they arrived.
Although I had a tricky time that was delivery company’s fault, Steph was amazing at chasing my order up and liasing with delivery company and was so helpful thank you

I ordered the wrong aftershave emailed and had a fast response and changed it for me no problem ! I have just received another email from the lady who had gone to check in the warehouse herself that my order had been changed . Great customer service and can’t wait to smell the 007 !

Excellent quality at a great price! Only let down was the per order opened at 8am on a Saturday morning! I set my alarm checked out at 5 past 8 and upon shipping I was notified 2 of the items had been oversold! I did receive an automatic refund but my son was disappointed! Everything else was perfect!

Amazing company!! I emailed asking if I could get my items delivered quicker as I needed them by a certain date for my brother’s prom, they made sure to send them next day to make sure they were delivered in time. Great customer service, would highly recommend.

They went out of their way to get my package delivered in time, which I am extremely grateful for. The communication on email was excellent. I have purchased many many times from here for my sons and my partner and the clothing is lovely quality, never sent anything back. Sunglasses are also excellent quality. Thanks again Tribal.
