TTECH Nova set

Ordered the TTECH nova shorts in navy and TTECH nova T-Ski for my partner for his birthday. The quality is amazing and the colour of the T-shirt is so nice. Excellent customer service, my order came within a few days. Wanted to order more but I was too slow as they’d all sold out.

Very welcoming, fab staff

Fab staff. Very welcoming, shops spotlessly clean! Staff are brilliant at helping with any questions. Feel so nice to have a shop like this in Liverpool! Not many people are customer friendly like the people in tribal society! Bought a pair of Sunglasses for my partner & the lad and girl couldn’t have been more helpful! Thanks so much! Will 100% be back again Xx

Nothing but issues with this brand

Nothing but issues with this brand. Poor customer service. They tell you your order is on its way when it really isn’t. Blame couriers instead of their poor time management. Save yourself the headache.

What a fantastic local brand.

What a fantastic local brand.
They helped so much with The Kirkby Christmas Toy Appeal. They gave us a gift card to add to our raffle. We're so appreciative of their support. I have also personally bought lots of different bits for my husband. The clothes wash so well, don't bobble or shrink and the aftershaves smell fab and last for ages.

Tried to return an online order to…

Tried to return an online order to Liverpool store,,, was told cant return it there, i have to go to Chester or send it to Chester.
Their instructions for returning items is to return to Liverpool but they havent updated their website yet,,, so thats my error obviously,,, absolutely terrible customer service !!!
