I have nothing but praise for the team at Triboseat and the product itself.
I needed a cover for the passenger/pillion seat on my Tracer MT07, which has a custom seat fitted. I messaged the team and they asked for photographs to help them assess if the stock one would work? They felt that it wouldn't, so steered me to the universal fit item.
It arrived swiftly and well packaged, but as the rear of the seat is narrow and not deep, I found difficulty in securing it, so contacted them again for advice, with more pictures showing the issue.
A very speedy response followed, confirming that they agreed with my analysis and the promise of a replacement/custom made item turned into a new one being posted out within a week at no further cost.
An excellent outcome made possible by top notch communication, quick decision making and complete product understanding!
A big shout out for Sam & Jamie - excellent work guys and hope the post fitting photo's help if you have someone else with a similar seat from CM Seats :-)

First contacted their customer service about their product. Got an answer the next businessday that was informant and appropriate. I then decided to order a triboseat cover for my bike. I placed an order on wednesday afternoon and the product was delivered to my mailbox next monday, so 3 businessdays shipping in total. Not bad from UK to Finland.
I have yet to test the actual product, but it seems very good quality, and the word around the product says only good things.
Nevertheless my buying experience with Triboseat was great, and I can recommend this shop to anyone!
