Beautiful designs and flawless quality

I highly recommend Tribu London if you’re looking for unique alternative jewellery, they have pieces I couldn't find no where else, got from them two labrets a year ago and now a pair of ear weights, and very happy with the items.

Great customer service

I ordered 3 items as a gift for my boyfriend. About a week after I placed an order, I received an email from them saying that two of the items were not available. I found it a bit odd as my order was already confirmed after I paid.
However, I was instantly unbothered by that mismanagement because the customer service was great. They filtered alternative items that were available and shared the links with me.
They always responded to me promptly regardless of the hour.
I ended up selecting a different item and they gave me the price difference (they did not forget the discount that was applied upon my initial order!) and told me to send it through Paypal. I do not use Paypal so I considered cancelling it but they kindly offered me another payment method that fit me.
After the payment went through, I recognized that the price difference was wrong. I was afraid I might not receive any responses from them etc after I skimmed through some reviews here. Despite my disquietude, they messaged me back in 10 min to let me know they'd take care of it. When the parcel was shipped, they did refund me the extra without me having to remind them about it once again.

The package arrived earlier today and my boyfriend was very happy with the rings. I appreciate the efficient/caring customer service as well as the amazing products.

Rude woman. BIG MISTAKE!

When I entered the shop it was empty. I was ignored. I looked at the ear tunnels then asked the woman if the one I pointed out was real bone. She replied "Yes" and looked away. I thought "ok". A group of 3 white people walked in. She immediately went over to them asking if she could help. She fawned over them for a while. They left without buying anything. She went back to doing nothing at her desk.
I asked if I could look at the bone tunnel. She was hostile and said "I saw you eating crisps, so I can't let you touch anything" I stared at her in amazement. She obviously didn't want me in the shop. I said I did not want to try the tunnel in my ear, wanted to have a closer look. She refused. I said "Obviously you don't want me in your shop" I walked away. Rude rude rude woman. I would not spend my hard earned money in there.

Very helpful customer service

There was an issue with shipping so I emailed the company and they were extremely helpful with very fast replies, they sorted out the issue very quickly and even gave me an extra piece of jewellery for the inconvenience. The jewellery itself is stunning I have never see belly piercings that don’t look tacky and these ones are beautiful, can’t wait to wear them out!!

*Update - PayPal made Tribu fully refund me. Go through PayPal if you've also been scammed by them and send all your screenshots of communication.

The reply on here from Tribu is a total lie. Can provide screenshots and evidence for anyone that wants it.

They are scamming people out of refunds by sending you the wrong jewellery and then when you send it back and they refuse to give you a refund.

One of my items turned up broken and in pieces and the other one was the wrong item. They've asked me to photograph it out of the bag next to the other jewellery (I thought to see that the size was wrong) but since asking for a refund rather than a replacement as I didn't want the same mistake to happen again they have changed their minds saying they now won't refund me until I've sent it back and it can be inspected (because they got me to take it out of the bag for the photo which on their policy states you no longer get a refund). But they're not telling me that. I've found that out from other peoples reviews. So now I'm trying to claim a refund back through PayPal before I send the items back. They're really sneaky!

It's been really stressful and awful sarcastic rude customer service. Really appalled that they're treating customers like this and not just sending a refund for their mistake like any normal company would do when I've sent them proof in the photos like they asked. (And also returned the items with proof).

They shouldn't be allowed to trade in my opinion. What they're doing to people is really misleading and wrong and they know it. It's very sneaky!

Awful customer service - I was told my opinion was irrelevant 😳 and that they sent my items in excellent packaging which is an absolute joke. They send it in a tiny plastic bag and the flimsiest piece of cardboard. So it's no wonder some of my items also turned up broken. They seem to be incapable of accepting any responsibility or wrong doing on their part when a mistake has clearly been made. Whoever is running this should not be working in any kind of customer service role. They're very difficult to communicate with. I'm feeling pretty sad and stressed out by the whole thing and look forward to it being over.

Don't buy from them!!!!

Absolutely appalling customer service
I contacted Tribu to find an item of jewellery similar to a microdermal anchor that I bought from them a few years back, I was advised on a labret and made the purchase. When the piece arrived it was inside a small plastic bag that was folded over and sealed with a sticker. In order to unfold the bag to be able to inspect the item, I had to tear the sticker but did not remove the jewellery from the bag. The piece is too large for my needs and not of correct colour, and so I returned it to Tribu, and sent them proof of postage. They emailed me with the following;

“Your returned order has arrived, but unfortunately you have opened the bag and as mentioned in our Returns and Refunds Policy that we sent you to read, it seems you have either missed it or decided to return it anyway, We're sorry to let you know, but due to strict hygiene regulations, we cannot accept it.

Completely understanding that they have a policy to adhere to, I responded to say that if they can not refund me the £21.00 (with £4 shipping) could they at least please post the labret back to me because I have paid for it. I have since emailed them three times and they have not come back to me. Disgusting customer service to just take my money but stop acknowledging my emails.

Ordered 13th October

Ordered 13th October, recieved email stating some things purchased out of stock. Messaged back alternatives, weeks go by, no order. Message for update where they have told me 'email lost', so emailed again with alternatives. Nothing. Messaged and promised express delivery today, nothing! Called for refund - payment not taken at time of purchase (odd) whole thing a massive waste of time. Manager offered no good will gesture, just asked if i wanted to go ahead and re purchase 😂Would not recommend

Lovely jewellery, great customer service.

I made a mistake, ordering the wrong size clicker earring and they amended my order with no questions asked and posted it out the same day. I had a query about the amount paid showing on my account, and the query was dealt with promptly and professionally. I received my gorgeous earrings the next day. I'll definitely continue to order from Tribu.

THE MOST ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED

A root canal at the dentist has to be less painful than dealing with Tribu. It's a pity their products don't match the website with its professional photoshoots.

The quality and workmanship of the products I received were incredibly disappointing and the one pair of earrings I bought looked nothing like the fabulous pictures on their website. I also purchased a sterling silver faux gauge which 'bowed' on my first attempt to try it on.

I returned this as 'faulty goods' and I was forced to pay £9 for re-sterilization of it. I also paid the return signed for postage! Yes, it is absolutely outrageous isn't it. I am working with Trading Standards at the moment because from what I understand this is not legal.

Tribu, please spend a little time on humbling yourself and, please, brush up your knowledge of Consumer Rights Act.

Your products really aren't so great and your customer service - well, I do wonder if you're competing with Karen's Diner chain, notoriously known for their terrible customer care. You're winning by far!

Don't shop from this website!

I ordered and payed for two piercings. First of all, they sent me one wrong piercing, like a different piercing than I actually ordered. And second piercing was broken, like the clicker lock did not funcion the way it supposed to do.
I then sent them an email, first they answered me and wrote that they were gonna send me new piercings. And then all of a sudden just stopped answering me, it has now been one week since they last answered me, and I have sent 4 emails since then, so really bad costumer service as well.
I will not recomend shopping from this website.

Product does not look at all like in…

Product does not look at all like in the picture. Ordered a brown wood plug and instead got a shiny black plastic one. Sent them pictures and they were still saying that they only work with organic materials tho this one was one hundred percent black plastic.

Good quality, long deliveries, a bit pricy!

I've been buying from Tribu for some times now. Variety is good and the quality of jewels is pretty superbe. you find pretty rare silver plugs and flesh tunnels that are very beautiful, not to mention nice stone items (moonstone, turquoise, lapis lazuli). They are very original and stylish. They are also more pricy than average and certainly not cheap. Costumer service depends on the employee you find: some are good, some ok, some kinda standoffish. Delivery is very long and, being UK stupidly outside Europe, you've got to pay the local VAT and the costum which means that stuff is always 25-35% more expensive than the selling price. All in all, I'm a client and I will be in the future. Only suggestion to Tribu: reduce the prices a bit, particularly on wood and stone items, which are not precious.
