I ordered two basic tracksuits from Trikko, and I’m honestly impressed. The quality is amazing—super well-made, soft, and durable. They’re also incredibly comfortable, perfect for everyday wear or lounging. I wasn’t expecting them to feel this premium, but they exceeded my expectations. Definitely worth it, and I’ll be ordering again!

Customer Service is honestly amazing and the best i have received by any clothing brand so far, i emailed asking about when my order will arrive as im going to be on holiday later during the week and they replied just hours later offering priority shipping all covered by them to make sure my order arrives as soon as possible, very kind, very helpful and amazing service, i previously ordered a zipped hoodie from them a month ago and the quality is insane, definitely the most comfortable hoodie i have in my rotation, really nice guys, really good quality clothes and very good customer service!

They weren’t lying, one of the best basics about. Trousers go crazy and the material is top. They will be seeing more of my money…

Had to exchange my hoodie for a bigger size. They got back to me in a few days. Didn’t have to wait long at all.

I got my attention of this brand, initially from their socials media, and got inspired from their work ethic.

So I decided to ordered, at the time it was the NY Mind drop. Which unfortunately took longer than expected, and especially saw a lot of complaints around about the shipping time. But it is something that doesn't happen often, in this occasion as they said loads of orders got stuck, which usually doesn't happen. Of course they were stressing about it, and still a lot of people decided to be inpatient.

But trust me when I say the wait was worth it, for the price I didn't expect to have such premium quality tracksuit. And with all the honesty I rarely take my time to write a review such as this.

So people, please understand that these type of things happen, also you should know they worked a lot around these items and their quality.

Overall I would say, very friendly guys, item is worth all the cost and wait. One thing I would recommend, is to have a more active customer service.

But yhhh, ngl, this trackie was a Game Changer for my wardrobe.

Got the basics in literally 2 days… Ibrahim really cares about his customers like no one else. I told him it’s a birthday gift for my friend and he made sure it gets shipped out next day + gave a hand-written note with the basics. All of that without even mentioning the quality of items lol

got sent the wrong items, emailed them about what I should do to resolve and have still not been replied to . It’s been OVER A MONTH

Quality's great, designs are timeless. Brand's identity is remarkable and unmistakable.
Only thing "bad" is a pair of pants I ordered fit me a lil tighter than it should, but I took it as a challenge to get fitter and stronger because that's the mindset.

I bought the moroccan jersey, the quality is amazing, very well made.
I wanted the old dark green, but i hope they release a new design next time.

The shipping took over a month to come sick..

I have since heard from Trikko (4 weeks later) and have had to pay a further £10 for a returns lable, (which I'm not happy about but it's better than beimg sown £65 with no joggers). I was on holiday when they finally got in touch so haven't sent the item back as yet.
I was told that I would get a free gift for my son in the exchange parcel if I change the star rating - which is what i have done.
If there is a free gift, I'll come back on here to edit my review further.

I ordered a pair of joggers for my son for his birthday in a medium. They are way too big. He assured me that Trikko have a good returns policy so I emailed the relevant email address to request a return. After a couple of days, no reply, I emailed again. After a couple more days, I had an email asking for a review, so here it is.
Clothes are good quality, but the after care is non existent. I'm now down £65 and my son is down a birthday present.
I'll be happy to change this star rating if someone gets in touch with me asap.

**Edit update ** 3 months after returning the item and having to pay £10 for a returns lable, I still have not recieved my exchange.
After many emails sent, it seems the only way to get this companies attention is by leaving a bad review/star rating.

I have emailed countless amounts of times and have a one response in that time. I ordered on the 20th of June and I even chose express shipping.

I don’t understand why I’m being straight up ignored, I’d like a refund as I’m no longer interested.

Don’t advertise if you can’t fulfil orders, simple.

Trikko is top ! I have multiple pieces jerseys , shorts , tees and hoodies and the quality is 10/10 it holds out great and washed amazing ! The fit on the clothes doesn’t need to be mentioned . It’s unreal . Couldn’t recommend trikko more . Ibrahim and Moad know what’s what ! 💯💯
