Good quality clothes, and excellent customer service.

Delivery may take ages, but apparently, my order was returned to the sender. But, support quickly helped me with the problem and arranged Ups priority delivery. Quality is seriously good, Hoodie is soft asf.
If delivery time is not a problem, def worth it.

I can say with very proud that Trikko save my life.
I had a depression last year and it was horrible, and start wearing trikko, following on Instagram, and seeing the Vlogs on YouTube help me out a lot, in many ways, but the most importante way was in the mind, and I’m grateful for that, TRIKKO is not just a brand, trust me when I say that.

I placed an order with Trikko on May 18, purchasing a set that I was genuinely excited about. Unfortunately, it’s now been several weeks, and I have not received any updates regarding the shipping status or a tracking number.

I’ve tried to contact their customer service multiple times, but have received no response whatsoever. This complete lack of communication is extremely frustrating and shows a serious lack of professionalism.

For a brand that is trying to position itself among the top names in the fashion industry, this kind of service is unacceptable. A professional and growing brand should at the very least provide order confirmations, shipping details, and responsive customer support.

At this point, I honestly regret my purchase and would not recommend Trikko to anyone until they seriously improve their customer service and communication.

I have ordered two times from Trikko , one at the first ever Trikko drop and one drop in this month and all I can say is that the experience was amazing and the quality of the clothes are incredible the best out there ! Also , 4 days ago I received my order from last trikko’s drop which was in May. I ordered the Morocco shorts and once it arrived I was flabbergasted because I’ve never seen in my life such as quality like them Trikko shorts. Oh just to note , the shipping was fast like always from Spain to Greece it only took like 1 week to have it in my doorstep ! All love to Trikko man I will definitely buy in the near future ! 👊🏻🇬🇷

Realicé un pedido el 28 de noviembre de 2024 y, a día de hoy, han pasado más de 6 meses y jamás recibí mi compra. Lo más frustrante es la falta total de atención al cliente: apenas responden los correos electrónicos, y cuando lo hacen, no ofrecen una solución concreta.

Solo he recibido dos correos de ellos, sin contar todo el spam marketing que es increíblemente óptimo; citaré ambos mails:

Y después de exhaustas peticiones de solvencia ante la desconocida incidencia sigo sin respuesta.

He tenido una paciencia más que razonable, pero no hay justificación para tanto tiempo de espera ni para el silencio constante por parte de la empresa. Me siento estafado y no recomiendo a nadie comprar en esta página, hasta que se dignen a ofrecer un servicio de atención al cliente de la misma talla y altura que su marca.

Total scam – 6 months and still no order received

I placed an order on Trikko on November 28, 2024, and as of today—more than 6 months later—I still haven’t received anything. I’ve sent multiple emails, and they barely reply, and when they do, they offer no real solution.

There’s absolutely no excuse for this level of unprofessionalism. I feel completely scammed. I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone. Avoid it at all costs.
