BEWARE!!!! I ordered this last weekend. The website says it will be shipped within 1-2 days. We are past 4 full business days. I have tried to reach them by phone, email, and replying back to the doctor that prescribed it - NO RESPONSE - I should have this by today, but it still shows it preparing at pharmacy. They refuse to answer emails or return phone calls! And in response to your response - I have sent 4 unanswered emails to that email!!

This website is a scam!!! Do not purchase at all from them. I purchased a 3 month supply of semorelin on 5/14/2016 and never received it. It looks like they charged me twice for it because I got debited the semorelin price twice. I tried to rectify that I haven't received the semorelin through messages on their website, but there was no response. I tried to get a hold of someone by calling twice, but I could only leave a message with my name and number. There was no call back. I messaged I want my subscription cancelled for both. They have not cancelled. The website doesn't even show my card information, but they charged. The website said the only way to cancel is by phone, but I can't reach anyone. I want a refund. I will be reporting them to BBB.

BEWARE! This is a scam company. I fell for it. I was charged a sale price month 1 and it jumped month 2! They also decided to charge me at their whim an entire week early. This really messed up my checking account budget. I stopped their service immediately and they only responded back by email days later. They stopped further charges so far... but have yet to send me my medication that they took the money early out of my account for. I have been emailing for either a refund or the medication and NO RESPONSE yet for weeks. Their patient portal is barely anything and there was no way to remove my banking or close the account or anything. You have to reach them by email and hope for the best. BEWARE! Plus this is the 3rd company I have tried for the compounded glp1 and they are the only meds I have had severe side effects from ! BEWARE!

Update 5/12/2026: on May 8th I was finally able to speak to customer service. I figured out that instead of choosing option 2 on the phone message for "existing customers", I chose option 1 " for new customers". Someone actually picked up. After explaining my frustrations with the lack of communication, I requested a refund for the remaining meds I have not yet received. The customee service rep agreed and stated the amount ro be refunded in both an email and via the portal communication. That was 3 business days ago and no refund yet. I will give it 7 business days as I know sometimes that takes time. In the meantime, I noticed NONE of the communications are showing up in my portal. Good thing I have email responses to verify the refund. If I dont receive it, I will continue pursuing just because the way this company handles their business is suspect and wrong.
update 5/8/2026: As you can see by their response, the solution is to "Just keep reaching out". I still have not received a response via the portal communication or to my phone messages as of today. I reached out to my credit card company (AmEx) and they were unable to dispute stating this is a tort claim. Complete frustration.
I reviewed several websites before choosing TrimRx. Everything looked legit so I moved forward with a 12 month plan for approx. $1600.00
My first 3 months of medication arrived. I took the first 4 weeks as prescribed. I lost no weight and actually keep fluctuating between 2-3 pounds additional weight. I had previously been on semaglutide for about 12 months just ending back in November and successfully lost over 50 pounds. I sent a message to the provider via the portal and have received no response after 5 days. I have messaged the support team with no response. I have sent emails, no response. I have been calling for the last 2 days and never get an answer. Just a message asking to leave my name and number. That's if the call doesn't get disconnected.
I question the portal system. It states they have a new portal. Originally when I attempted to log into the portal after I initially ordered my meds, the portal did not show any of my information or my order. At that time (1 month ago) I was able to call and got someone to answer. That person gave me a different website to log into the portal there. THAT portal does show my information but is very basic and does not have a live chat like advertised on the website. It also freezes up when I use it and I have to close out and start over. I'm starting to feel like I have been scammed since no communication is available with the company.

I want to cancel my order because of the report customer service and no one will reply to an email or phone call. When you try to call them, it tells you that 10+ people are in front of you and it just rings and rings and rings for hours. When you finally get bored with that and leave messages, no one replies to you. There is nowhere on their website that you can cancel your order. I want my order canceled completely. And I want to be taken off of this description.

I have received incorrect doses, incorrect billing and lapses in shipments. I am going to simplify this review and only talk about the billing issues.
I was initially on a one month plan for $259. I immediately switched to a 3 month plan for $765. Instead, I was charged $399 and sent a month supply. After countless hours on the phone, I was told they would correct this and charge me the remaining $366 and send me the remaining 2 months. I was charged the $366, but also an additional $399 because they had not stopped the autopay they set up for a one month plan. On April 17th, I was told by Jo a credit would be processed for $399 I was erroneously charged on April 16th.
This should be very simple. I originally purchased one month for $259. I was then supposed to move to the 3 month plan for $765. Therefore, to date, I should have only paid TrimRX a total of $1,024. Instead, I have paid them $1,423 and they’re now telling me there is nothing they can do about it! I want to know when I will receive the credit of $399 I am owed.

Do not use TrimRX! First, they will add on additional medicine that I didn't order, and will charge you as soon as you are done with the questionnaire! Trying to contact them is a complete joke, too. Finally after the 4th attempt calling, they took my call and said that they will refund me, but will keep 88$ for a cancelation fee, which is Not documented on their website! And of course, I am still waiting on a refund. Looking at the negative comments for this company, I highly doubt I will get anything back! I have filled out the form for the BBB and have contacted my bank to hold this fraudulent company accountable.

I’ve been on this for 1 month now. My money was taken from my account May 1 2026. I was told that since my next injection day was Monday May 4th and I was out of injection that there would be no delay in my treatment. May 1st came around an it finally said it was at the pharmacy. I was told that they would put expedite shipping on it so I’d have a tracking number by Wednesday. It’s now Thursday I’m 4 days delayed in my treatment a they are saying that by Monday it may possibly be here. They also said if I’m past 10 days of no injection I may not be able to take the medication. I’ve already spent the $399 on my monthly injections. This is uncalled for and ridiculous. They don’t respond to the portal. Getting any kind of information out of them is like pulling teeth. If I don’t receive my injections by Monday I will be requesting a refund and going to another company.

First the page where you order is purposely confusing and you do not get an option to review your order before its submitted likr every other ordering site on the planet. I accidentally ordered 2 other meds besides tirzepatide. It wasnt too hard to get that straightened out they cancelled the order so I did not receive them. BUT I was still CHARGED!! And trying to get credit for medsbi did not receive has been a nightmare. Talked to someone who said she took care of it. A week later ..nope still no credit to my card. Cant get anyone to fix this. I have been scammed out of $390. Terrible customer service! And supposed case team is zero help.

Stay away from this company. What I thought was a monthly fee became a total year purchase at once. I responded to doctor text to cancel order and refund my money as well as email their customer support. NO RESPONSES. They took the money out of my account and to this date have not refunded any of it. I specifically said I did NOT want injections and that is what they signed me up for. There is no response and no communication, leaving the patient hanging with NO support. Horrible company and I have requested a refund numerous times and am now battling it with my bank and the BBB. So if this happened to you, I feel sorry for you, and again do NOT do business with TrimRx!!!!!

Horrible company. Bait and switch. I said I wanted to lose weight but instead they approved me for metabolic health plan which does not focus/result in weight loss. They charged me even though i said I did not want metabolic plan. Sent medication even when i said do not send. I have been trying to cancel my account since April 28th. Cannot do on app.cannot do on website. Customer service emails have not responded. Called 888 phone number every day since April. Only allowed to leave voicemails. No response. No confirmation.
DO NOT use this company under any circumstances.
