Avoid like the plague! They sub the book keeping out to India with seemingly little oversight. They made mistakes that meant our accounts were vastly out and we missed our VAT return to HMRC. Also very difficult to get a timely response to anything. Avoid!
Shocking never again. Wish I had read the reviews. Everything took a long time. My tax return was incorrect, they didn’t claim my full tax refund on my pension contributions, and they even got my name incorrect on my tax return. Never responded to my emails. Avoid this lot they are absolutely awful.
Avoid these people like the plague. Lady called Sam owns the company who gets young unqualified kids to do your accounts. I ended up paying £23k too much in my year end due to their ineffectiveness
