What is wrong with this company? I believe it’s a scam now. I used to get their orders no problem but now I ordered in December 2 tiny little things, and I have not received a damn thing. I wrote about 12 emails to them and got maybe three responses and all AI generated.
They kept saying “ oh, please give to such and such date to send it” then the next email was the same thing and over and over they kept Pushing back the damn date.
So it’s now May and I still don’t have my product !
About a month ago I asked for a refund. And then I sent more emails about a refund and asked them to let me know my status. Nobody’s got back to me and I’m pissed!!!!
What company operates like this??? I think a class action lawsuit should happen. Ridiculous!

I ordered on February 3rd & have not received my order! I was receiving emails that shipping was delayed. But I went to their website & there is no indication of any of that on their website & they still allow people to purchase off of it! I purchased their makeup a couple of years ago and loved it! No issues! But something has gone wrong! I will be taking this up with my bank as fraud charges and with the BBB!

I suggest we all band together and file a class action lawsuit against Trio Beauty and their founder, Briana Olson. It appears they've already been involved in a lawsuit for non-payment with one of their vendors.
Update: I filed a complaint with the Attorney General of AZ, you should do the same!! It's the only way I got a refund. Briana Olson needs to be held accountable for her fraudulent business practices and screwing people out if their money. Also, gotta love that I was blocked from their social media accounts after I commented regarding all of this...

I placed an order on March 14 I got a confirmation fast and they took my money. I have emailed over and over again to find out what is going on. I keep being told a couple of weeks because of larger orders. As os today I have not received the order and I paid for an expedited shipment. They keep doing this to me

Ordered beauty products from Trio Beauty on December 15, 2024. The order was placed on the Trio Beauty website and totaled $45.10 and hit our credit card on December 15, 2024. The order confirmation did not provide a delivery date and stated that we would be notified when the order was shipped. Since the order was placed, there have been at least 6 follow up calls with Trio Beauty requesting status of the delivery. Each time, the representative apologized for the shipment delay and promised delivery in a week or two. The last communication with Trio Beauty occurred on March 25, 2025 with a statement that the order will ship no later than April 10, another 2-week delay that cannot be trusted. We have repeatedly requested that our money be refunded, but that has been ignored. As of April 12, still have not received the order.

I placed my order February 11, 2025 as of today April 3, 2025. I have not received my order. I have sent several emails asking For shipping details on my order, I’ve asked for a refund. They stopped responding to my emails a month ago. I’m pretty sure I’m going to have to dispute the charge with my bank. It’s a shame.

Too be fair I do like the product. However it is now March 29th and I ordered this product again on Jan 24. Not one thing said it was backordered. If I hadn’t emailed them I would’ve never known what was going on. They said give them till March 5th, then March 22 and now April 5th. I already bought it from another company since I needed it. Unfortunately I won’t be ordering from here again.

Well, it’s too late for me. I’ve made at least 6 orders over the last few years and couldn’t have been happier. But, just like these other reviewers, I’ve not received my order from Mid-January and repeated attempts to get an update has promised a future date, only to come and go with no product! Also, my last order took over 2 months to arrive and the pomades were all dried out. They did say that they were sorry and would include the free replacements in this current order. You can promise the world if you have no intention of delivering. I think they got to big to fast and couldn’t keep up. Yet every time I get an automated email I wonder who is getting sucked in. Never again
Long time customer dissatisfied
I have been a customer for a few years now and it seems that everytime I place an order it takes 2 months to get my order. I see that this is one of the biggest complaints for this company. I believe if you want to make customers happy and retain them to please find a better way to process orders a little quicker.

I ordered a brow kit 2/2/2025. I have emailed Trio Beauty 4 times now. The first 2 emails apologized for the delay and promised delivery in 2 weeks. After 6 weeks and no delivery, in the 3rd email, I requested cancelation of the order and a refund to my credit card. This request was ignored and 2 days later, I emailed a second request for a cancelation and refund. To date, I have still have received no product and no refund. Buyer beware this company is definitely a scam.
Multi delays for shipment for short shipped order
I placed an order Nov 25 for a Christmas gift for my sister in-law. Shipment received Dec 12, but was missing 3 items. I sent an email about the issue along with a photo of what was received. I was assured a replacement shipment for the missing items would be sent. I've emailed several times looking for status and the response is the same that shipment would be made by a specific date, but here we are in March and I still have not received the products I PAID FOR. Everyday I receive auto-gen emails encouraging me to purchase their products, but what about what I've already purchased??? I like their products, but there always seems to be a shipping delay. Short shipping my last order and not rectifying within a reasonable time period is not just bad customer service, its bad business.

I have sent emails to Trio Beauty requesting updates about my order since then, they say are low on stock and ship date keeps getting further and further out. Update: This company continues to ignore my emails for my refund. They sent me their product when I had been asking for a month prior to shipping that they cancel the order and provide me a refund. I had the package returned to sender, using the original tracking which shows it was returned. They are still ignoring my emails and I have not received a refund.

Used to love their products. Now they arrive 2 months after ordering, dried out and the company won’t offer a refund. They also would not give me a link to review on their site (they brag about thousands of 5 star reviews). I am done and will post truthful reviews whenever I can so people will avoid being scammed

I love that you receive many different brow templates, but I am frustrated with the company because I have received the wrong color mislabeled, they ship so slowly it’s delivered on the backs of turtles. This last order I ordered mid December 2024 and it’s finally going to arrive to my house Exactly 2 months later. It’s ridiculous and their customer service is horrible.
Dreadful service
Dreadful service. I ordered & paid for brow products in October 2024, I still haven’t received them now in February 2025. Contacted them several times and they continually give revised shipping dates together with apologies. I asked to cancel the order and requested a refund, which they said they can’t do once they have processed an order. The company is an utter disgrace and as far as I am concerned they have stolen my money. DO NOT USE!!
