Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I ordered 2 orders and it took them a couple of months to fill ordered after I complained about not receiving items last summer. When I went to use products the brow items were dried out. It was about a month later after I received the items that I used them and noticed the products were dried out. I let them know and they promised to send me replacements. I never received the replacements even after reminding them about it. The rep said they were backed up with deliveries. I just received an email from them that reminded me about the situation. Donot buy from them!

Delayed shipping, fake customer service

I've ordered the brow stencil kit from Trio beauty maybe 3 years ago and I loved it. I wanted to give it a try again so I didn't think I'd run into any issues and didn't check reviews.

When purchasing, there wasn't a time frame on shipping which most companies normally provide, but I figured whatever. I waited 7 business days and still nothing so I reached out. Like most people here, I received a generic response from "Marigel" saying the exact same thing about orders being backlogged and to wait 2-3 weeks for it to ship.

I noticed the email said "sent via Richpal" which is an "AI customer service" service, so this is definitely some automated BS. I wasn't playing this game, so I just immediately filed a dispute with my bank and will be ordering from Madluvv.

I ordered the product on September 15

2nd Update: I disputed this charge with my bank, and Trio Beauty sent them a fake shipping tracking # saying my order was delivered December 16th, 2024. I work from home, have a doorbell camera, and did not receive any packages on this date. So not only do I not have my order, but I also do not have a refund. Now what?

UPDATE: As of December 10, 2024, I still have not received any product I have already paid for, have not been refunded my money, and the company email info @ triobeauty dot com; has been disabled. I just received a notification from my service provider. Better Business Bureau, State Attorneys, FTC, anyone listening??? Help.

I ordered the product on September 15, 2024, and have yet to receive anything from Trio Beauty. I have contacted their "customer service" numerous times, and the same person, Marigel Juave, says the product is back-ordered and will be sent. I waited a couple of weeks, reached out again, and was told no refunds could be issued and that the product was coming. The last response I received was that my order would be shipped no later than November 15th..... It has been 73 days since I ordered and paid this company. I have filed a complaint with BBB (there are hundreds of the same situation as mine), and with my banking institution. Completely unacceptable to take people's money and not send what they ordered and paid for. This company is a SCAM.

I purchased from them years ago

I purchased from them several years ago - they had a great product that worked well. Last time I purchased maybe 2 yrs ago it took a very long time for them to ship my purchase, with many email follow ups to get that purchase shipped out, and half of the eyebrow pencils they shipped to me were empty - nothing was in them, they were useless. I just made another purchase, trusting that was a fluke, and after not getting a shipping notification after several days, I followed up with them only to be told they are so overwhelmed shipping things out it would take another 1 or 2 weeks for them to ship my purchase. hhmmm. I asked them to cancel my order. Four days later I got an email confirming they've cancelled it but it would take days for me to see the refund. Fair enough but now I will wait to see if they actually refund it. If not, at least I've got proof I can take to my cc company. Not sure what has happened to them but after reading these reviews I'm not the only one who has been taken for advantage. This is very sad and unfortunate.

This company has turned into a scam

I have used their brow pomade for a couple of years and have never had any issues. Issues started back in the spring when I ordered and received the wrong shade. They issued a replacement in June, which has never arrived, despite many times of reaching out to them. The tracking number now shows it was delivered to a PO box, which i do not have. USPS said the tracking number was a duplicate, and not valid. Also waiting for another order I placed later in the summer, it is now the same issue. Wondering if this company is now a scam?! I keep getting emails from them with offers, if the Company is no longer legit, it would not be soliciting new business when it is not fulfilling orders they've already received.

HORRIBLE COMPANY

HORRIBLE COMPANY! They took my money to take weeks to get a half order. I complained by email, the only way to reach this “company”. They apologized. I requested a tracking number for the second half of my order. I never got it. NOW, they said it was successfully delivered. It WAS NOT, and is not scheduled for delivery! GOOD PRODUCT, but overpriced and horrible customer service! I will NEVER order from them again. There are competitors out there I will order from in the future!

Consumer Fraud

How about we all file a class action for consumer fraud and theft? Same experience. No product. Run around. No phone number. Yet they gladly STOLE my money. The Attorney’s General might be very happy to investigate this sham of a business. We’ll see.

No product, no refund, no customer service

Ordered from Trio a couple of months ago. Never received my product. After several attempts of reaching out to the company to find out what was going on, kept getting the run around promising to ship it out soon. Was told by an employee name “Marigel” they couldn’t refund my money. Do not buy from this company, I’m not in the process with my bank to get my money back.

As your order is already in its final stage of the fulfillment process, I regret to share that I can no longer make any cancellations or changes at this time. You can simply refuse the package upon delivery or return it for a refund once it is received. I'm so sorry for any inconvenience.

Product good, Shipping takes FOREVER!!

The product overall is good, though every time i order soft brown it's a different shade. Sometimes it's dark almost black, sometimes its auburn other times it's been spot on. Wait time has also become RIDICULOUS! I'm assuming this is a smaller company so they may get backlogged, but they need to step up and figure out how to fix these issues. It takes several weeks, and i mean easily 3 to 4 before you even get a shipping confirm and even then, it may not have shipped. Its aggravating because they take your money at time of order, but I have now been waiting over a month to receive my product and who knows if the color will be correct. I've ordered about 5 or 6 times and at first no issues with getting the order. The last 3 have been ridiculous though. The product is actually good, so I hope for their sake the figure this out. Just be warned you likely won't see the product for a good month maybe more!!

Multiple Terrible Experiences

This company is terrible. It’s unfortunate, because the product itself is actually really awesome. Much like every single other review on here and on their BBB page (check it out if you are considering buying from them), I have waited over a month for product I ordered and still have yet to receive it. When I placed my first order, I sent an email to inquire why it was taking so long. I was told they were back ordered and to please be patient. So, I waited, and 2 months after my order was placed, I finally received my product. I feel bad now having read everyone else’s reviews who have waited 4-6 months for their orders. It’s insane. Well, I foolishly decided to give them another chance (because, again, their product is really great), and now it has been over a month and the same situation as before. I get an email back from Marigel every time saying the exact same thing. She has also stated she cannot issue a refund, as my order has already been “processed”. That is nonsense. The USPS tracking number says a label was created, but the package itself has not been received by the USPS. So, a refund should be easily issued. Anyway, I am writing to warn everyone that this company will take your money and fail to deliver their products in a timely manner or if even at all. I will come back to update this if and when my second order actually shows up. I am not optimistic. BUYER BEWARE!

Absolutely the Worst Experience

Absolutely the worst experience. DO NOT BUY from this company. I placed an order on February 9. It is June 11 and I still haven't received it. I've emailed the company 8 times and continue to be told they cannot provide a refund as my order is in the final stages of fulfillment. Total BS. This is clearly a sham. Don't believe their hype on Instagram. They obviously don't have products to sell, but will gladly take your money.

TrioBeauty is a fraud

This company will not ship your products once you place an order. I’ve been dealing with them for 2 months and they never shipped my item and refuse to refund my money. I took screenshots of the few emails they did respond to so that I could dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. A headache to deal with this company. Beware!

Excessively long shipping/products generally good

Similar experience to others who have posted.
Their products are good but it takes F O R E V E R to have the product shipped and received,
The first time I ordered it was at least 4 weeks before I received the product. They did respond and I finally received my order.
I assumed they deserved another chance so I placed an order on March 1st so that I would receive it before my vacation on March 22nd. I again sent an email asking about my order. I got an email saying it would be shipped on the 22nd! I then replied that I no longer needed the product and to please cancel my order. I just received an email saying my order was shipped today, April 2nd! Needless to say, I do not recommend this business,

Takes weeks

Takes weeks, (like 3-6) for product to arrive. I placed an order Aug 2023, arrived almost 6 weeks later. The product is good, as ordered.
I thought maybe it was just a fluke, I'll order again. 3 weeks later, no package...
