Disgusting customer support and they try to use their "Policy" to to get you to give up even know legislation clearly states that if an airline is unable to fulfil a cabin class flight change because they don't have that class available for the next 3 months, the customer should be refunded. They tried to force me to take my 13th April flight or changenit to first available in July 2026 and also pay 250 to change the flight!
They only provided the July option less than 24hrs before 13th April when I was due to fly and still trying to push me to take it or loose it. A tactic used to ensure you are put under pressure. All this during a "Holiday"!!!!
I have had less stress dealing with getting through to various government departments for hours on hold!!
Trip.com should hot be allowed to operate in this manner and should be investigated by all countries which it operates this style of operations.
In Australia, ACCC should be actively investigating their SOPs and reviewing Company policies to ensure they are in line with Legislation.

Terrible experience. Hugely regretting booking with them. I booked a seat which failed and they have attached their own corporate number to the booking so airline won't even talk to me since I can't pass verification as OTP goes to their phone. Spent so much time and I am stuck. All good seats will now go and I am just unable to do anything with my booking.

Trip.com have turned our HONEYMOON into a nightmare. After multiple schedule changes—including one where they moved our return flight by a day, which we accepted in good faith to be cooperative—they have now provided us with an IMPOSSIBLE itinerary. Our flight arrives in Muscat on May 17th, but the connection departs on May 16th.
Despite this logical disaster, Trip.com refuses to take any responsibility. They claim "no flights are available" while they are actively selling seats for the Garuda Indonesia (GA9095) alternative on their own website right now! Providing false information to a customer and leaving them with a ticket that defies the laws of physics is a legal breach.
Trip.com is simply playing a "blame game" with Oman Air instead of solving the problem. We have filed a formal complaint with the Turkish DGCA (SHGM Case: 2026-00041799) and we are escalating this to the Singapore authorities (CAAS/CASE). We will not accept a refund; we demand a valid flight at no extra cost. SHAME ON YOU for deceiving your customers!
