In my opinion it is certainly worth your while getting advice from TripAdvisor while travelling. Never had a bad experience with them!

Good and reliable.

I use tripadvisor regularly, in particular for reading review of others on accomodation, for selecting what to visit and where to stay. The options: family/romantic/... are very useful.

Where ever I go there's always a reason to use tripadvisor; not only for reviews on restaurants, but also if you need advise on how to get to a certain place. A must have app for every traveler!

Excellent for reviews; not quite so practical when you're looking for advise on where to go, what to do and when.

TripAdvisor is recommendable to use when your strange in an Area and like to eat what you wish!!

Through the years I have come to appreciate Tripadvisor more and more. You can count reviews of well known places and restaurants, but also the more unknown, which makes this the internet travel guide

It's informative , handy and down to earth so what more do you want . I think it's easy to use and its a welcome website for it is useable worldwide. Keep up the good works guys and galls

Ideal for finding good hotels, restaurants etc. all over the world.
Before visiting a new city I always check Tripadvisor on what's to see in a city, where are the good restaurants. I always search a hotel in combination with that, to be close to sights and (at least one) decent restaurant.
If a restaurant is rated good at tripadvisor, you can be sure it's a decent place where you can take customers.

I use tripadvisor for all my trip planning.
Love the forum, but thats also the part that can be a bit more organized.
The hotel and attractions part is great.
I always look first at the top 20 hotels, and when they are too expensive for me , I can use some further options too see what hotel would be best for me.

Also the attractions list is something I always look at. I like to go off the beaten track and I always find something there. A link to an very special guide, and lots of ideas.
Also the must sees , are easy to find and I can decide before my trip if they are must sees for mee too.

If you are looking for a hotel, first advise tripadvisor, so you know what other people thought of that hotel!

There is much to see around the world, and TripAdvisor is one of the better gadgets to help with the search of these places.

Checking Tripadvisor when you're traveling is a very good way to prepare your trip. You can read reviews of other people to see if it would be a good choice to go there.

I recommend to read several reviews because there are a lot of different people with as many opinions.

TripAdvisor could consider to reward contributors by giving the possibility to collect points to spend on gifts, trips, discounts etc. Like a loyalty program...

Great, reliable website made by and for travellers.

I LOVE TripAdvisor. It's great for what it needs to do - bundle experiences of other travellers to act as advice to you. So why can't I give TripAdvisor 5 stars? Because every time I use the website or app, I struggle with the clumsy navigation. The system is not intuitive and I spend too much time going around in circles. So TripAdvisor, if you can improve the trip I take with you, the fifth star will soon follow.

You really should checkout tripadvisor before booking!
