scamers don't ever use

It has been more than 16 months and I never received a refund for my cancelled tickets, i contacted the Airlines company and they respond was "Your ticket already been refunded. Therefore please contact your travel agency."
so tripair get my refund but never send it to me!!
such a theft agency!

It has been 14 months and I never received a refund for my cancelled tickets, such a horrible company and such a desperate attitude to make people give up on their money

They cancelled a plane ticket to Thailand last year and they have refused to answer in one entire year. Nobody contacted me back there is no one to complain to no refunds and no contact back. Only go with this company if you want to lose out financially

Robbers, thieves... haven’t refunded me in 7 months and the airline refunded them several months back. DON’T BUY ON THEIR WEBSITE

I bought 2 tickets via Tripair, amended for 24 months due to covid-19.
The airline company "Emirates" says Tripair already received the money back "the refund" without my knowledge!
However, they didn’t pay me back. The mails are not working, their phone Number is not functioning.

Worst company ever.

we tried to contact them for four months,
we could have a money refund and they never answered replied, nothing, not to mails, no to forms

Hi! Like many of you I had a flight from geneva (switzerland) to manila (philippines) in june 2020 that was cancelled due to covid. I had like all of you lots of trouble getting in touch with tripair regarding my refund.
I finally lost my patience and decided to write more aggressively, threatening them to take them to court (even though I would probably have never done it) and finally this is when they started responding with actual emails and not automated garbage. I insisted a bit still, still threatening them and finally got my refund after some weeks. DONT GIVE UP, they probably want you to but DONT. they are in the wrong and they know it, they do everything to dissuade you from persevering but really keep on reaching out to them and threaten them so they move quicker. I hope this can help some of you.

I HAVE BEEN CHASING THEM FOR OVER A YEAR NOW. IN NOVEMBER 2020 THEY TOLD ME THAT MY REFUND HAS BEEN APPROVED ( I HAD ALREADY SPOKEN TO LUFTHANSA AND THEY ASSURED ME THAT THEY TRANSFERED THE FLIGHTS CANCELLATION MONEY TO TRIPAIR IN JULY 2020) AND TRIPAIR COMMITED TO PAY ME WITHIN A MONTH. THEY ARE UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES. IT IS A TOTAL DISASTER. THEY ARE NEITHER SERIOUS NOT PROFFESIONAL. THEY SHOULD BE TAKEN TO COURT.

I have applied for a refund in March 2020.
Alitalia told be they sent the funds to Tripair in November 2020.
Traipair confirmed they received the funds but up until the time of writing this review, I have not yet received my refund.
I've been contacting Tripair around twice a month and all they can say is that they are doing their best and for me to be patient.
3 tickets are due to be refunded over 1300 Euro in total.
Where is the refund if Alitalia already returned it to Tripair????

Had my flight canceled on March 2020 due to covid...
They promised a refund but did'nt recieve yet.
Their response is that they have many cases so it takes time.
they already got the money back from the airlines, it's stuck on Tripair side

Hi. Singapore airlines already confirmed that they refunded my ticket to Tripair last January 5th. It's been a year already and refund is still not coming to my account.

Kleio T also confirmed to me last Jan 29, 2021 that they will process refund within 60 days but until now no refund and did not respond to my email. Sorry but I'm dissatisfied with Tripair.

My flights were cancelled due to the Covid pandemic and inspite of several chase ups since March 2020 I have not received the refund. I will never touch them with a barge pole! The airlines keep asking for the travel agents to contact so the refund can be processed and I have wasted hours chasing them on this - to no avail. I would not recommend ever using TRIPAIR.

Same thing happened with me! I am contacting HSBC bank now to try to return back my money.

They should not be trusted, and they will disappear with your money. Tripair should have refunded me for a flight cancelled in March 2020. After many attempts to get something from them and excuses on their side, they eventually stopped replying. Now over a year has passed. No refund, no replies.
