Horrible experience with tripmonster. Their phone number is not working. My booking ID is 22199753. I called Emirates Airlines and they said we have transferred the refund to tripmonster. The online website does not show the refund status. I am just wondering is there any way to get back my refund.

Hi I did my booking for international flight on this site Booking reference is: 22200118. I was trying to reschedule it but there is no contact or support. It just keeps sending you one mail on which you can't even reach out to there team. Really pathetic service and no customer support.
I will not recommend this site to anyone.

Over 1400 USD withdrawn from my card, but never received any valid tickets for my flight. On the "My trips" page it says my booking is cancelled, however I have not cancelled it. I have tried to reach customer support, but it is not possible to submit the form. I have not received a refund for my flight.

no way to contact them. you go in a loop trying to find: CONTACT US or something similar. most of the tabs do not work. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

I had a Qantas booking from Melbourne to Canberra via Tripmonster and I searched my emails and tripmonster and Qantas website for hours but cannot find a tax invoice(not auto receipt). I need it for a claim. There is no active customer service in tripmonster. And I am just a student who couldn't afford too much for the flight. All I need is a valid tax invoice showing how much I paid for the flights. My booking reference: 22237037

My flight got cancelled and I got notified I would have to call for a rebooking. This morning I got notified at 9AM I had a flight scheduled at 12PM, I was obviously not able to make it in time. I tried contacting them but there is no number and when I press the link to cancel my trip, nothing works. I feel fully scammed and have no way to contact them.

We 4 people (2 children+2 adults) could not fly on 17/12 because the staff at check-in cannot find us even though we have booked and paid on 4/11 (Otravo has taken the money) and we have booked from flygresor /tripsmonster as a travel company. We have booked and get booking code with email.
Something has gone wrong because when we search with the booking code in pegasus airlines it says that the tickets have been canceled for 4 people.
it has become a fraud for us, we lost money SEK 35,000, vacation and all planning. We lost time and we stayed in the long queue, i have 2 children.
I must book another flight and its very expensive now more than 55000swedish kronor.
You must pay back the money and compensation for all damages we get.

I purchased a “flexible” ticket from Tripmonster a few days ago in order to be able to change the date if I have to. Now I need to change the date of my ticket due to a family emergency. I did the process on their website and I have been trying to contact Tripmonster with no success. It is as if this company has vanished. The phone number does not work and got no response from my online messages. The airline cannot do anything. They just told me to write a feedback on their site but again, didn’t get any response. Very bad experience with Tripmonster.

Tripmonster cancelled my reservation 3 days after I booked my flight (it was completely charged on the day of the booking).
There is just no way to contact you, I've send emails and tried calling but it's an never-ending queue.

Meine persönliche Erfahrung:
The flights I booked in february. Booking number 19967663, payment by Master Card. Payment made february 11 2022.
the flight was cancled by the airline.
Because it was not possible to rebook the flight, I dicided for a refound of the ticket price through the airline. To get my money back the payment process goes the same way back as it was proceeded to the airline. That means the airline pays the refoundable amount to Tripmonster and they must refound me.
the airline confirmed me that the amount of Euro 342.98 was transfered back to Tripmonster as required.
Since 9 month the issue with Tripmonster goes on and on with always new excuses. I still did not get my money back. This company is a nightmare, I would say scam.
Keep your hands off.

SCAM!!! They change your flight completely and there is no way to contact them. None of the buttons on website work!

I bought a round trip ticket NYC-Istanbul 2.5 months ago, but it was canceled by the airline. I first submitted an alternate flight request, but didn't get a response for 10 days so I canceled the ticket. It has been 2+ weeks and I still haven't received a refund.

THEY SCAM!!! They claim to have given notice about cancelled flights (in September???) but this is BS. They did however give us notice very early on about changes in flight times, and ONCE did they ask us to change - which we did, and we have a confirmation email on it!

Moreover, we received our E-ticket yesterday (14 December) but was denied to go onboard by AirFrance today (15 December) as AirFrance could not locate our tickets. If our flight was so-called "cancelled" then explain the reminders and e-tickets we kept getting from July till this day? We tried solving this with Tripmonster directly but not only did they not offer new tickets but they had the audacity to not refund??

We are currently talking to our lawyers and hopefully this scam of a business will be shut down ASAP. My brother also works for a huge news-outlet (NRK) and gonna assemble a case to save other victims. We so wish we read Trustpilot before ordering but this page will help the case immensely for my brother at NRK. If anyone else has experienced anything remotely similar, please take the time to add yours' here too!
