Excellent customer service experience…

Excellent customer service experience and amazing way to find fun activities when visiting a new place. We really enjoyed our dolphin tour and paddle boarding lessons we booked with them and will be sure to use them again on our next trip down.

Perfect for Booking Crab Island With a Big Group

I was the designated activity planner for a trip to Destin for my big friend group. Naturally, a pontoon day at Crab Island was on everyone's list. I really like how TripShock had the filters so I could sort by things like boats with captains, boats with restrooms, rental duration, toys included, etc. And it was nice to see ALL the options in one place. I did eventually have questions, and was happily surprised to connect with an actual Destin local who could point me in the direction of the best bet for my group. All in all, great experience with booking and our day at Crab Island. Would use TripShock again for sure.

Great experience

I had a great experience booking through this company. They are reliable, easy to work with, and available every single day if you have questions. The listings are clear and detailed, so you know exactly what you’re getting before you book. Once I reserved the dolphin tour, my ticket came straight to my email with all the info I needed, which made things simple. I also called their support team before my trip and they were super friendly, knowledgeable, and based right in Destin—which gave me extra peace of mind since that is where my activity was located. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Purchasing my tickets was easy and I got them right away. I had one issue with my reservation and I called their support line and they quickly got ahold of the right people and took care of everything for me. It was a seamless experience tbh and the lady I spoke with was super nice.

I love booking through Tripshock.com!

I love booking through Tripshock.com. It shows upfront pricing, all the information I need going in on the activity, and after purchasing, sends me even more information to make check in successful. They have live support which truly helps with any questions or concerns I have! Will always book through them if I can.

tripshock was great and deserve a higher rating here

We booked a dolphin cruise in Destin with tripshock on 9/18 and had a great time! The booking experience was great and we actually saved a few dollars by booking in advance. We had to move around our schedule time bc we got stuck in traffic and they were very accommodating. Check in was simple and we didn’t have to print out the ticket. We just showed our phone and it was easy.

Side Note: If you are looking to book with TripShock, I would not recommend trusting this review score. I use TP often to read reviews and hesitated before I booked with TripShock. I’m a small business owner and found that if the company doesn’t send customers here to leave reviews, only the negative reviews seem to get posted. I’d highly recommend booking with tripshock!

I was hesitant to use them due to some…

I was hesitant to use them due to some of these reviews but I am so glad I did! The agent I spoke to gave me her personal account of what some of the tours were like and let me use a promo code I had found online. The confirmation email and text were easy to read and follow. When i clicked on the address under "departure details" it pulled up the map app on my phone and led me straight to it. I was super glad i talked to an agent bc she warned me about traffic and parking in Destin. We left an hour early like she suggested and JUST made it in time for check in. I even got another promo code after booking that I can use again in the next few days. This was a great experience and I will def use again!

I had to cancel my trip

I had to cancel my trip. I sent a text message at 7:15am to cancel per the directions on the site and it said I would get a text with the cancelation and refund notice. When I got no notice I called at 3:00 to ask why. They said they never got the message. I emailed them a screen shot of my message. Because my trip was at 1:00pm the following day I was no longer within the 24 hour window. I was very confused because I followed the directions and gave notice prior to the 24 hour notice. Sammie the manager just kept repeating sorry I will have them look at the language in the directions but we are not going to honor the cancelation because it didn't get to us. So they kept my $260 and still did not notify the company that I had to cancel because I was 900 miles away. The company called me holding up the boat waiting for me when I told them I called trip shock to cancel and they told me no. Victoria and Sammie were like robots on the phone using their I'm sorry script we won't be are following our policy. Will never be using them again and I am looking into the language in the policy because I followed what I read but they made a lot if assumptions that the customer should know.

Could have gone wrong- but Sandra made it right!

First, I will say- read the fine print! They will not let you redeem within 30 days of purchase because of fraud. I advised they they should put it more predominantly! However, after sending a gift card to my friend who is getting married and finding this out, I reached out to Sandra at trip shock and she helped us out! She accommodated us and I am looking forward to the photos Jessica sends us from her amazing tour! Thank you!

Sea Blaster was a blast!!!

We had an awesome time! The children enjoyed the festivities as well!! The crew was extremely nice! The lively crew and the lively passengers made the cruise so much fun! We also got to see a lot of dolphins!

Don’t book throug Tripshock!!! They lie about “lowest price guaranteed”

Don’t book throug Tripshock!!!! It’s easy to find local service provider and you’ll save 30+%. We had a trip to Crab Island, I booked it through tripshock for 602$ total, then I communicate only with Sunventure cruises company. Their receipt was for 458$, catamaran crew was nice and friendly, they did their job perfect and spent 4 hours with us. So they valued their “service and compensation” for 150$… it’s too much, so I advise to check NEXT couple google pages for booking and you’ll save money.

Hi Viktar, it appears that the tour operator must have showed you the wholesale price of the tour and not the retail. The operator pays us a commission for each sale in order to market them on the internet and fulfill orders. In the future, we'll do a better job of making sure the customer is aware of this since it's misleading. We understand why you are upset and feel this way, but I can tell you that you did not overpay.

What a disappointment and waste of…

What a disappointment and waste of money. First, they did a poor job of describing where to load on the boat, second, there wasn’t enough seating and most important, after two hours, only saw two dolphins. I could see that sitting on the beach. The young captain was nice, but no communication with those on board to inform us of what was going on. We just went in circles in the bay. It was a sunset cruise, so I thought it would be nice. Never again.
