Parasail party

Mason and JJ were very professional, friendly, and made our trip all the more special. We never got our jet ski drivers name but he was awesome it was good to start and end with him! Will definitely be doing this again

Do not book with this company they make …

Do not book with this company they make promises and don't fulfill with them. I purchased a dolphin cruise for a wedding gift for my best friend. They called the company because they were unable to attend they said it it would be available to rebook. Upon trying to rebook they refused saying it was non-refundable and when I called to complain I asked for a refund. They were not accommodating in any way and not friendly. I will never book with this company again.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. I'd like to state for the record that you originally purchased and booked this tour for the previous year. We gave your guests the option to rebook, but they never did. They just didn't show up and this counts as a no-show. You called us several months later and asked us to honor this reservation, but this is not how this works. The tour company could have resold these seats and you agreed to the booking terms when you made the reservation. If they would have called us to rebook when they were supposed too, we would have made that change. We were not rude or unfriendly, we were just trying to state the facts.

I'm a believer...customer service isn't dead

Easy to book through and found us a great discount on a dolphin cruise in town, on our stay-cation. We've already booked our next fishing trip through them as well for the summer. Can't say enough good things about the customer service and specialized attention they gave us to help accommodate our special needs daughter. You've made me a believer!

I cannot say enough about my experience …

I cannot say enough about my experience with this company. It was deplorable! While one person (Stephanie) was so amiable and understanding, one manager (Sarah) talked to my wife like she was a dog! I would not recommend this booking agency for any future bookings!

Thank you for leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear your experience wasn't satisfactory. Just for the record, we listened to the phone call with your wife and our agent absolutely did not treat your wife "like she was a dog". We are very sorry your trip got cancelled as we have no control over this. Refunds take 3-5 business days and we can't accelerate. We explained in the initial call that we would be charging your card when making the reservation -This has always been how we do it. I'm not sure how else we could have handled this. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Plantation tours

If you won't. To save some money on tours in new Orleans.and who doesn't like to do that book with tripshock its easy fast if l can do this anyone can.thanks Tripshock i will book with you again!!

Excellent service

Tripshock was very efficient and worked well for us. Even though our initial tour was booked, they were able to find us the same tour for less on the day we wanted. I was very happy with their service.

Dolphins

Great crew on the Boat ,captain explained everything on the trip and was funny too.We enjoyed this trip very much .We got to see lots of dolphins.

Terrible

The website is very confusing.
The tour that I had reserved through trip shock wasn't going on at the time and place it was advertised. There's was a different tour that I had no desire to go on. It wasn't the one I had bought the voucher for. Even if I had wanted to do that particular tour, I couldn't have. It was over booked, over crowded and the most unorganized chaos I've seen.

Thank you for you review and feedback. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. Witches Brew Tours only had one female tour guide working that evening and they were definitely doing tours because 26 other people (the legal limit per tour is 28 people) were booked on their manifest for that tour. As per our phone conversation, I believe you ended up speaking to a different tour guide with a different company. And because New Orleans gets around 50,000 visitors during Halloween weekend, the hustle and bustle can be very confusing to some people.

We book cemetery, ghost and voodoo tours for 3 different companies and they all accept our vouchers. The owners and managers of those companies are the ones that set the voucher program up so they have to accept them. I have spoken with our department heads at Tripshock and the manager of Witches Brew Tours so that we can use your feedback for training purposes. I am also fully refunding your purchase. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to go back on your card, depending on your bank. If you have further questions, please call me here at the office 1-800-450-7139 ext 1002.

Easy transition from online to real life.

Bought 2 tickets online for a sight-seeing tour in New Orleans, showed my cell phone to the clerk at the bus stop, he got my transaction id and printed the tickets in a matter of minutes. Fast, easy and cheaper.
