Trip canceled
Not upset about the trip being canceled. I understand that that can happen however when they call before the scheduled time to ask about rescheduling or changing boat companies. I was told that the other company boat had an AC area as did the other. It also offer snacks and drinks. That was important because we had a senior along that needed that. When we arrived we walked down to the dock and realized that it was a pontoon boat. No AC. They offered free water but no snacks or other drinks. The trip itself was ok however they did come in early. About 20 min earlier than it should have. Weather was perfect out there no reason to come in early.. I would say it was 70 min long. Very upsetting as I feel the booking company lied to me...

Great Booking Agent
My husband and I called and inquired about a fishing excursion. Danielle was very helpful and shared her own experience with us about the Big Deal boat. She was very pleasant and gave us a great deal of information. She advised us on the best deal for our situation. We booked with TripShock and are excited about our adventure!
