My booking F95724083 has been cancelled and the amount of 513.23 EUR per passenger should refunded to my credit card.
You told me may be -1-5 working days before appearing in my bank Statement- now ist 2 weeks and I did not get my refund.
I tried getting a hold of you with the phone - it’s not possible - the worst customer service experience ever.

It is much cheaper than the official airline website.
I paid and I got the -tickets 10 minutes later.
I used the booking-reference to double-check. Everything is confirmed.

Customer service work very slow. Delayed Answer for two weeks. Unacceptable!
Also the telephone wasn’t available!

terrible telephone-hotline (waiting time 20 min + 10 minutes for solving the issue - cancellation of booking) although I booked a "service plus" package for 10 € (don´t want to know how long the waiting time is as standard customer).

It was impossible to contacts Tripsta. No one answered my repeated phone calls and my email was answered a week later. Never buying flights again through this company.
Canceled booking
I booked a ticket to New Zealand, money went off my creditcard, I get the confimation through mail, all seems good, then the next day I get an email saying there's ''insufficient availability'' and they cancel the booking.
All OK
All OK, no problems with trip. As it was a simple flight, excellence can only be demonstrated when things go wrong. Therefore 4 and not 5 stars.
