I hated not having someone to communicate with at the time I was trying to make a decision. Your web site could be more friendly and easy to use. I couldn’t speak with anyone nor could I find a live CHAT option. However 2-3 hours later I received a call from one of your representatives who was SUPER helpful-I loved her for her friendly and professional demeanor. She was extremely helpful and calmed all my fears and anxiety. Within 5- minutes of her call, another of your representatives called -he was also very friendly but I didn’t need his help at that point.

TripToGo was really good- Well organized from start to finish! Hesham was always looking after us and made sure everything was good, and Sheriff, our tour guide was incredibly profesional and knowledgeable. We had such a fantastic time and would 100% do it again.

On October 29th, 2025 I was very excited to have booked the “12 days, 11 nights Timeless Korea & Hong Kong: Heritage & City Lights” tour departing on May 6th, 2026 for 2 persons. I purchased the Land and Flight package at the “Black Friday Early Access” deal for a total price of USD1,948 (included USD50 Reward Points).
I have made all of my payments in times, and I have made detailed plans for my trip (things to do, exchanging some South Korea Wons and Hong Kong Dollars, etc).
On March 24th, 2026 I received an email from TripToGo informing me that the tour I booked has been cancelled by the vendor. They would give me a full refund and 100 Triptogo Loyalty Points. I was shocked and totally disappointed; this does not cover the savings I got from the “Black Friday Early Access” deal plus the inconvenienses this cost me).
I learned from TripToGo website that the the “12 days, 11 nights Timeless Korea & Hong Kong: Heritage & City Lights” tour is still being offered for different departure dates. I told the TripToGo Customer Care that I am willing to have my booking rescheduled, and I think it is a fair resolution (without any compensation to the inconvenienses this cost me).
Alison, Customer Care Supervisor, is currently working on this case. I hope it will get resolved soon and I will update my review then.
Update:
Alison replied to my email today; TripToGo has agreed to reschedule my booking for the same tour departing on October 7th, 2026. I am glad they are able to resolve the issue quickly.
Now I’ve learned that when issue arises their Customer Care listens to the customer’s concern and willing to work with the customer for a fair resolution; I hope there will be no more issue. I will update my review again after we complete the tour.

I want to write a review regarding our trip in Asia. It is a great experience and most of all the tour guide in Cambodia made it even more great. Nob was an incredible tour guide. His knowledge of Cambodia ‘s history and culture was impressive, and his attention to the detail made our trip truly special. He was careful to ensure everyone was safe and having a great time . Very well put together tour. Whispers of Europe is a jam packed tour, lots of cities, lots of walking, lots of learning. Our guide Peter was full of information and took great care of all of us.. Christian was an incredible driver and host. Hotels were very nice. Definitely recommend for those who want a lot of Europe.

27/mar/26 - I am disappointed in south vietnam - on the paper it said bay hotel in the heart of saigon instead now we have the vissai hotel in phu nhuan which is very far from the heart of saigon…why ? Cheaper ?
2apr26 - we have a wonderful time in north vietnam.
3apr26- we are at Bali airport . We have no communication from the tour company on how we should enter after landing. I filled the arrival card online then the second line is apply for visa. So i did for both of us and pay Total Amount Rp. 524,500 per person. So they told us to stand in the long line, when it is our turn they said the visa is invalid, and they told us to stand on another long line to pay for the visa again - so now we pay 2 times for each of us — they told us to proceed to the automatic gate , we did but it said see officer . We did and he take us to another line to fix the exit card. By this time my group has gone , and it almoat 2 hours since we landed. Now we go out and keep walking to the end of long line but did not see any triptogo sign. We thought that they have left us….fortunately the group still there waiting for us. Triptogo should communicate earlier about how to enter bali airport, which is totally different then other airport and no one around for asking question. You should write down step by step to help customer.
This is verry lack of communication from the tour companywith customer on the foreign country.question to triptogo… how do i get refund for the 1st visa ?
