Free 240 hrs China visa
Triptogo , personnel was excellent, I had a question in regards to a 240hrs free visa for my trip to China and Thailand. I requested a call back and in less than 1 hours they call me and inform me that I did not need it a visa since My tour was going from the US to China and from China to Thailand. Wonderful Tour Company
I just completed the Whisper to Europe trip with TriptoGo and I enjoyed it dearly. TripToGo packed in lots of beautiful sites and cities in this tour for us and I loved all of them. Our tour guide, Peter patiently outlined the daily itineraries, explained things we need to be aware of, where to eat & shop in each city and that was a plus! I don’t mind being ready and on the tour bus early in the morning by 8am as my take was that I did travel for site seeing and more site seeing.. The tour was perfectly designed . For those who love to be on guided tours, I’d recommend booking with TripToGo, as I plan to look for other tours to book in the near future. This company responded to my pre-trip questions in a quick manner whether via a phone call or chatting online with their staff. I rate TripToGo 4-star service after this first time using them!!! #triptogo_usa

All the tour guides were great
All the tour guides were great, especially Quan and Nob. They were very informative and passionate about their job and made me feel like they really wanted us to know about their country and the history. Quan and Nb were very helpful and were always enthusiastic to help in any way they could. The excursions were great and seemed to be well thought out. Halong Bay was the highlight of the trip. We had such a great time and will definitely use trips to go again.

Good service at a great price
Fantastic and knowledgeable guides, nice hotels and great itineraries in every city we visited - Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Seoul and Beijing. Especially loved our Japan guide. Even though transport was meant to be on our own, guides met us at the airport and made sure we were able to arrange transportation from and to the airport. As sometimes happens with tours, tour days included a few stops to explore local things like jade, beauty products, etc. which I would have skipped. Communication during the pre-trip phase was not quite as smooth as I would have liked, but overall the experience was good and I would tour with TripToGo again.

My first time planning to join tour…
My first time planning to join tour with TripToGo to Turkey and Egypt with the recommendation of a friend who is also planning to go with me on this tour.
Unfortunately the situation around the area is not safe to travel.It's good that we were able to cancel the trip and get the refund with fees deducted.
My friend was the one that deal with TripToGo all along until she was out of town and asked me to help follow up on the cancellation. I talked to Bill on the phone yesterday and he promised to check on the answer that my friend got from one of the agent that we will get some refund back. Today Veronica called me and we were able to proceed with the cancellation and refund.
I'm still waiting for the actual credit to be credited to my friend’s credit card account. My experience with both Bill and Veronica was satisfactory, they were very helpful and understand customer need.
I will look at this tour again when things are more settle.

Outstanding, efficient service. I needed to cancel a trip to Turkey and Egypt in October 2026 due to the uncertainty of the War in the Middle East. The Customer Service representative responded right away and gave us a full refund due to the circumstances. I would definitely use Trip to Go again in the future.

Japan, South Korea, Beijing Trip
Trip to go was helpful while I was planning the trip, including making a couple last minute tour additions for me.
Our tour covered 5 cities and 3 country. Our guides in each country were friendly, knowledgeable and great resources!
Our guide in Japan answered so many questions about life in Japan and was great with food and restaurant suggestions for the meals that were not part of the package. He even arranged group meals on busy days with pre-ordering our food to keep things moving efficiently.
Our guide for our tour day in Seoul was very knowledgeable and efficient and made group reservations and pre-ordered traditional meals for our us on our busy tour day. She also provided excellent restaurant recommendations in the area.
In Beijing our guide needed to modify the schedule to allow for some attraction closures but he made sure that we saw everything on the itinerary. He arranged special local meals for us and helped us navigate this very busy place with ease. He was very knowledgeable of the history and willing to answer any questions. It was a pleasure the way his love for his country shone through the whole time.
