We’ve been working with Tritility for a…

We’ve been working with Tritility for a few years now, and they’ve always been fantastic to deal with. Recently, Mick and Carl paid us a visit, it’s great to have that personal, face-to-face touch that you don’t always get these days.

They took the time to clearly explain the current market situation, which really reassured us that we’re in safe and knowledgeable hands.

Great Account Manager

Josh has been our account manager (for 3 months now) through a very tricky process and although we have had some bumps with our supplier, I can’t fault the application from Josh. He’s taken away a lot of the stress thus far and is so calm while I’m panicking. It’s been a great start so far and long may it continue.

Professional and knowledgeable personnel

Professional, clear and concise dealings with this company They made the transition of my utility accounts seamless and stress free achieving a great saving for my business. Marie was like Mary Poppins

I came back from annual leave to find a huge pile of letters on my desk from our electricity supplier, the pile must have been an inch thick. I had a quick look and it was a load of credits and reissued invoices dating back more than 2 years. I obviously had no time to look at it on Monday as I had just come back after 2 weeks off, but then Marie rang me on Tuesday saying she was our new Tritility Account Manager. I told her about the pile of invoices and credits I'd received and I hadn't had time to go through them yet, and because we pay DD, I didn't know if they were going to take a massive amount from our bank account. Marie immediately took this in hand, she said she would get in touch with them and find out what was going on and get back to me. I was pleased, one less job on my list. She came back and told me that we were due a credit due to overestimated bills and asked me how I wanted to proceed with the refund. She then asked if it would be useful for her to send a monthly reminder for meter readings. I told her we had never sent a meter reading as the meter was complicated and had 5 or 6 different number readings, and none of us knew which one was needed. "No problem" she said, "when I send the reminder, just send me a video of the meter and I'll send on the reading that's needed". How MARVELLOUS, she had only rang that morning to introduce herself!
