I received an unusable product. The thru axel sent to me looks to be so stripped that I can’t fit the Allen key into the primary side and I won’t be able to use it to secure my front wheel . I contacting customer service asking if there was anything we can do about this and haven’t heard back ? I spent a lot of money on the shipping of this product and I am disappointed to have received something that isn’t usable. It should of never been sent or sold

Efficient, good communication, product as described

I placed an order on 13/11/25 for 2 items. I received an email on the same day saying the order was dispatched. My credit card was debited. All seemed excellent.

On 19/11/25 I noticed I had a partial refund, and I emailed Triton to ask why. They replied saying they only had one item in stock. As I need 2 items, I replied with a few questions which Triton have chosen not to answer (ignorant, rude, unprofessional…). They have since taken back the refund and I haven’t received anything.

I would avoid Triton because:
Their website doesn’t reflect what they have in stock
They won’t notify you if your order can’t be fulfilled
You’re not given the option to cancel an order if they can only partially fulfil it (meaning you’ve got to pay postage twice (once to Triton and once elsewhere)
They don’t reply to emails

Great Price, Quick Delivery and Excellent Customer Service. Couldn't have asked for more. Was kept informed of my order all the way through and a follow up email to make sure that everything was ok. Will use again. Thank you.

It took thirteen days for an in stock part to arrive. I was very disappointed to learn it took them six days to post it as well. Even worse, thanks to insufficient information on their website, the part was wrong. Communication was consistently terrible. They did refund the item once I'd returned it, but not the cost of the postage back to them, after their error. No apology, or even acknowledgement of their mistake. What an absolute joke.

Seem to advertise a lot that they don’t have. This is the 3rd time they cancelled my order after I ordered it because they don’t infact have it.

Terrible customer service, via phone or email. Ended up using a different supplier and got a much better deal to boot. Don't waste your time with this outfit.
