The online e system was glitchy…slept I. The car
The online e system was glitchy repeatedly. Tried to book dates over and over again. Especially in modifying the trip and placing in the dates.
In the end it was booked on the wrong date that we had put in to change on the site.
My 6 year old and I were left without a hotel for the night as we showed up and were told that the booking was for the next day, but theyd be happy to give us the same room and rate if trivago just said it was for the next day.
Tried to explain the tech issues on the phone. To a system with no humanity, sense, or reasoning .
We had to sleep in The car over night.
