This company commits fraud. Booked with them via Peace Travel and they then cancelled. Then ended their website and telephone numbers. Managed to get hold of Peace Travel via a previous whatsapp number only. Was told Trivoyage owned them and their director has cancelled all orders with airlines, took the money and resigned. They are affiliated with Brightsun Travel too, been back and forth via Brightsun with hardly any response from Trivoyage. Reported to Action Fraud but no support on getting my 5k back

Scammers and Cheaters and Liers !!
Do not reply to massages or pick up calls. They have many agents who work under them and do not trust.
Luckily ATOL protected so just waiting for my refund but they might have messed up my trip if I can't rebook it.
So untrustworthy..!!!

“Lake Garda with Verona and Venice excursions..”
Just back from Italy with Trivoyage. An excellent trip made special by the local guides who were all very knowledgeable.
A bit of a shower as we arrived in Venice but plenty of umbrellas and ponchos readily available. Our young Italian courier excelled that day. I thought that she liked us particularly, but I watched her and it was clear that she was the same with everybody; a lovely girl, thanks
The Lake ferries were lovely and took us cheaply to Limone and Malcesine.
Restaurants in Riva del Garda were many and diverse.
On original booking, upgrades to "better" hotels were available, but we were both very pleased with the Hotel Primo
Very clean and lovely staff.
So thanks Trivoyage for a lovely holiday.

“First class service”
This is the first time I have booked through Trivoyage. In all may dealings with them they were professional and helpful. The people there clearly 'know their stuff' and they always provided a speedy response to any enquiries from me. Their local representatives at our holiday location were pleasant and efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending Trivoyage. True professionals. Highly recommended.

They are fraud they keep promising about refund it’s been 7 months no reply. I didn’t cancel my flight they cancelled and promised me about refund . I tried to call no answer no email .can someone help me how to get refund

Scammed by Jason at Trivoyage. I will need to seek legal advice now. Jason claimed to be working for United airlines and asked for £1100 to cab me my flight with United. United have confirmed they would not have charged me for cancelling because it with within the 24 hour period. I have tried to claim the money back from my bank but because they are a registered company, they cannot help. I will need take legal procedures now.

Having much the same problems as Ebrima. I bought a ticket directly from Qatar to fly London to GOA. I was contacted by what I thought was Qatar to say they had cancelled my flight and would book me with their sister airline Virgin for the same price. The new flight did not suit me and I agreed to take a voucher which when I eventually received after numerous phone calls, it was with Trivoyage not Virgin. I have since tried to use the voucher with no success. I first dealt with Barry then got told he was on holiday and other staff had left and was in contact with Bryan who promised to phone me last Saturday. Today Tuesday it appears my number has been blocked by Trivoyage and all emails are being ignored. This company at best has terrible customer service after they receive you money or more likely scammers.

My name is ebrima and I have bought a ticket for me and my family ie two adults and two children to Senegal for the end of July to the beginning of September through Trivoyage and it has turned out to be a nightmare. They got me a ticket for around £2600 and agreed that I paid a deposit of £1200 and pay the rest in installments of £363 monthly. Shortly before the first instalment was due, I contacted them for a link to allow me to make the payment. First they told me they had technical problems. Then they kept telling me they would send me the link upteen times and they never did. By this time two of the agents I had been speaking to had either left or gone on holiday and enter a new one called Bryan . Eventually they told me that my ticket has been cancelled due to my non payment of the installment and that £200 has been lost as cancellation fee. However when I complained that was not my fault, Bryan stated that they would pay the £200 as compensation for the inconvenience they have caused me. They are not taking my call now and their number comes out as invalid.

Great service. Nick was polite, efficient and professional. We left feeling like all our questions were answered and we got the best deal possible.

I was perfectly surprised by this company. Competent people work, pleasant staff, offered many directions at my request. A very large number of hotels from which you can choose. In general, I was satisfied with the company. The organization is at the highest level, the rest thanks to them was just great.
