More care packing orders please!
Love the products. Only slight 'niggle' (and why only 4 stars) was the cardboard presentation packaging on both of the Coffee Shop sets received was torn. As one was a present for a friend, it was a tad annoying - luckily they understood! Apart from that, 10 out of 10!

No artificial taste
I have tried a few low sugar syrup options and decided to give this brand a try. Firstly the delivery times were excellent and the syrups themselves are a really nice flavour. Not artificial like some others. You do get a lot for the money you pay too. I will be looking to buy more soon to help aid my weightloss and fitness.

Not what I was expecting
Seeing do many people say how great these syrups are, I had really high expectations so I bought 6 different flavours. I ended up with 6 overpriced flavourless sweet syrups because all of them are the same: just sweet, nothing more.

Our apologies some of the products are out of stock, Unfortunately due to the pandemic and lockdown our 1000ml bottles are not in stock as regularly as normal as it has affected the production line however, all our 500ml bottles aside from a few popular flavours are currently in stock alongside our trio packs.
We recommend a serving size of 20ml however, many of our customer use less than as they’re quite strong in flavour.
Our 500ml bottles therefore work out just 19p per serving at £4.99 per bottle. Our 1000ml bottles work out just 15p per serving at £7.99 per bottle. We also offer a buy 4 get one free offer on both sizes, multiple bundle offers and gift packages which discounts the prices further.

Great shop
Great shop. Due to Brexit a bit difficult to order to Germany (don't forget - customs duties are new). But love it, that they still deliver to Germany. Really good quality too.

Great service
Good service however I would say that I expected the syrups to be bigger bottled as image showed. The items received are 3 different flavours in smaller sizes. Too dear for that size as I can get 1000ml for less.

God these taste like poison
God these taste like poison and so chemically there literally so bitter I find them unpalatable.I spent £20 and have a mind to ask for a return as there genuinely so nasty I can’t use them not only that they arrived leaking.

If you could please email us over photos of the damage to the parcel upon arrival we will issue a claim against the parcel for damage during transit and will be more than happy to issue you a refund.
