Great customer service

I sent the wrong asset for exchange. After realizing it, I contacted their customer service immediately. They solved the problem in less than 4 hours (allowing me to complete the exchange or refund, I chose to complete the exchange). It usually takes a few days in general, but they are professional and fast.

This is an essential service!

This is an essential service!
Never had a problem with the 20+ transactions ive made (up to 11k USD).
Have contacted customer service one time when there was a 20 minute delay, they were helpful and put me at ease until it went through.
Great service and idea - hope the creators are getting rich.
