I swapped the soon to be deprecated USDC on Tron as the funds would be invalid after February. The swap never went thru. I contacted the swap service who said they would refund my money but they were not much help, so I reached out to Trocador support. The assured me they would work toward a resolution. It took 3 weeks and they ended up having to negotiate with the swap provider. Eventually the original swap went thru and they even swapped it at the original rate. Absolutely professional and trustworthy service. Highly recommend!

Good platform to exchange virtual currencies. Intuitive, fast and with honest fees, not exaggerated.

I had an unusual situation: I sent unsplit forked coins by mistake (bitcoin cash with unsplit ecash) for an exchange. On an outside chance I asked trocador if it would be possible to retrieve the split XEC. To my surprise they followed through with the exchange (change now), chasing them up for several months until finally I did receive the coins, which I had expected to be lost forever.

I have swapped close to 5,000 USD with Trocador and bought hundreds of dollars worth of gift cards. I have NEVER had an issue and would highly recommend!

I used Trocador to exchange Arweave coin (AR) for BTC and chose Swapter as my exchange. For some reason, swapter was able to detect my deposit to the given address but it was stuck at "awaiting blockchain confirmation" I contacted Swapter first and they were no help. It was only after I contacted Trocador and they reached out to Swapter that Swapter started making any progress on helping me. Trocador was even kind enough to provide daily updates and notify me when the issue was solved. Swapter did not even notify the issue was resolved. I will continue to use Trocador but avoid Swapter at all costs.

I did a dumb thing by setting the fee to 2 sat/VB, which would've taken an infinite amount of time. To fix, CS advised me to export my wallet to electrum so I can increase fees there. After that, I got a "trade expired" error and CS helped get that fixed. They gave me the option to continue at market rate or refund. I learned why not to set fees too low. I would highly recommend Trocador

The service is top-notch. Whenever I have had a problem, customer suport resolves it very fast. Usually in a few minutes, no longer than a few hours for me.
I haven't lost anything yet. Unlike Changelly which kept ~ $10,000 USD worth of coins which came from side shift & simple swap with extremely low aml risk.

So far I've moved a couple of thousands of USDC without any problems. Just make sure to select exchanges marked "A" or "B" and you won't run into any problems with anyone asking for your personal data. Transactions are pretty fast and fees are absurdly low. I already recommended this service to dozen of my friends.
