Exceptional.
Exceptional. Not only is the WebSite easy to use and finds you the best deals, but their customer service is second to none.
I had an issue with SimpleSwap who was used to do my Swap via Trocador (AVOID SIMPLESWAP AT ALL COSTS) SimpleSwap sent my funds else where and I had over £1,000 lost, at no fault of my own. SimpleSwap acknowledges they made a mistake but was dragging their feet to resolve with. Trocador Customer service kept me informed the whole way through, speedy and friendly responses , and went above and beyond to resolve my issue.

I offten use trocador.app but as a few sides service it can get in some little troubles becouse depedences as other services, wallets etc. But even that support ROCKS! Allways they are helpfull and nice!

More than just an exchange aggregator
Just found about this platform a few days ago, absolutely top notch customer service and functionality .
This goes above and beyond any other exchange aggregator, they actually take responsability up to a certain amount (2k per exchange) so you can swap with the peace of mind of knowing you won't have funds blocked for ages like some horror stories out there .
Not only that, customer support replies in seconds, super helpful and friendly .
They also have a tool that helps checking wallets who sent you funds for AML risk core so you don't take unnecessary chances .
Love it and will definitely keep using , 5 stars from me !

Great service and website that employs a helpful af customer service team. I had a serious problem with a transaction after my pc shutdown, I assumed I ruined the transaction but they fixed it right after contacting their telegram team (@TrocadorSupportBot).
Don’t let their website interface scare you from using it, it’s authentic as any top company/website.

Great Experience, Great Support
Trocador has always been great and reliable for me.
Recently did a trade that I messed up by sending too low of amount which caused and issue with the selected exchange. Reached out to support and quickly got a response, and they were able to help get it resolved without any troubles. Great experience with support.

There was an issue
There was an issue, and their support system on telegram resolved it right away. They even helped trace it back down the blockchain and showed me what had happened. Cashapp's BTC wallet decided to send the transfer at 17 sat, which took 24 hours when I had selected high priority (10 mins).
eventually the transfer completed and there were no more issues afterward.

Helped me recover funds that I couldn't get
I had completed many exchanges through an exchange. Probably 800k of usdt I had previously exchanged.
One time I tried to send btc and ETH to the exchange in return for usdc.
50k in total.
I was told the trading usdc pair had been closed and I couldn't get the usdc at this time.
Everyday I was told its going to take a few more days to get the usdc. I asked for the btc and ETH to be paid back or to receive usdt instead.
I was told no.
Really frustrating.
I emailed Trocador and with in 30 minutes they were in contact with coincraddle. They had the btc and ETH returned to me.
I'm always going through trocador from now for the added security and I believe its the same price/ cheapest price on the market because they split the commission with the exchange providers.
Seriously thanks for the help really appreciate it.
