the repair engineer took it for a test ride and told him there is nothing wrong with it.

Repaired my BRICKED xiaomi Redmi Pro. I tried to upgrade my Phone and I killed it.. called a lot of repair shops. but none of them knows how to revive a dead phone due to wrong reprogramming. this company confidently told us over the phone what's the problem and what needs doing to revive my phone.. Wow this company are beyond bad!!! I wish I'd read the reviews on them here first. I sent in a baby monitor to be repaired which cost me £45. First they didn't send me a postage label. A week of emails followed where I asked what was going on? They say they have sent me the label...... ERrrrrrr OK well not a great start but I give them the benefit of the doubt. Then get label and the monitor is away for a couple weeks even though it says its a two day job. Seval emails and calls from me, nothing. Then after a month and more calls and emails (5 now which is a lot when you have a baby and a job) I finally get them on the phone and they say they don't have the part needed and have sent out for it and I'll have to wait till it comes in?! Well I've waited a month so I guess a week or two extra won't kill me right?! ( Oh and this is one of the most popular models on the market right now which is listed top 5 on every baby 2019 list you can find but they don't have any spare parts and don't seem to be able to get any?! ) Instead they tell me when they get the part in they will let me know. After 8 weeks!!!!! I again call them up after I've sent them three emails asking for an update or a return of my money and the faulty monitor returned minus postage. I finally get them on the phone and they say they can't get the part needed and some cock and bull story about how they have sent the device back to me and its been unclaimed?! I ask why they didn't email me this info and can they send me proof of this and they try and fob me off. Then they seem to be saying the next minute that they WILL not Have send it which clearly contradicts what I've just been told all the while they are trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. After five days and no sign of the monitor I contact PayPal and request a refund as I not only didn't receive the monitor back in working order, I didn't receive it back at all!!! Then of course three days after I open the case the broken monitor arrives on my doorstep just like magic🤔 Now they are disputing with PayPal and don't want to return my money because "They opened it and looked inside and sadly didn't have the part they needed but that somehow still means they did their job????!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣BEWARE these guys, just really not worth the pain, go with a company with better reviews or just get what you need second hand off Ebay instead!!!!

Easy drop of and pick up service. Would like more communication and details about pricing and repair before and during the service. My screen repair ok but loose screw dropped out when I collected the phone and the bottom of the screen is slightly popped out. Not a perfect repair but better than a smashed screen and fairly satisfied considering such a competitive price and same day collection.

Be warned... Friendly manner from the lady on the phone but do not be fooled. Basic phone to fix and it dragged on for about 6 months for various reasons - all delaying tactics. Eventually they said they can't fix it despite the fact I'd paid. They promised to refund but did not despite me chasing about 20 times by email and phone over many months. Refund never came (almost a year now) despite my best efforts and they said another department deals with the refunds. I have now given up. If in any doubt, just read the other negative reviews from others (on their google reviews) and the stores own reply to those reviews which are very insightful and I think they will make it clear you are best going elsewhere. Save yourself hundreds of emails and phone calls and the cost of a phone repair which may never get done.

PS - I am not confused as the store suggests. I am crystal clear as to what happened.

I sent my xiaomi mi mix 3 which was water damaged in for repair which I brought from the xioami store in London and they initially charged me £70 and then charged me an extra £22 for a charging port that they did not replace my brother works at a phone shop and we have a large knowledge of phones and we dismantled the phone our selves and found loads of scratches on the back of the screen and the original charging port the screen no longer works and I was assured that the phone was fully working when they sent it back yet the screen barely functions to the point where it is unusable and yet you do not take responsibility so I'm am now considering legal action as you have failed to respond to my emails I have picture and video evidence

Worst service I have ever received from a business. Took two months to replace a phone screen, replaced it with a faulty one and pretended nothing was wrong with it. I am now forced to take legal action to as they are refusing a refund....

Aside from the main problem, these guys rarely answer the phone, never respond to voicemail and can take a week to answer email. They don't give updates even when they miss their estimates and they don't give sensible estimates to start with. They even forgot part of my repair order... I paid extra for the back to be replaced, but after 6 weeks they send an email saying "hey the back is broken do you want us to replace it?".

I sent my phone (Xiaomi Note 3 MCE8) to them in late June with a cracked screen. This is a rare phone in the UK so I checked before sending that they could repair it. They took the IMEI to be certain of the make and model.

After they received the phone they wouldn't acknowledge they had it for a week after the courier delivered. They THEN estimated a month to repair. I finally got the phone back TWO months later with a faulty (or fake?) replacement screen and the back panel improperly glued on.

Instead of offering to look at the phone again they immediately blamed an entirely unrelated software fault with completely different symptoms. The cracked screen was working fine before they had it.

After an extensive argument their only offer has been to have it back and replace it again (with another fake?) and CHARGE ME FOR DOING SO. It took two months the first time, I can only assume this would take ANOTHER two months. That's not even close to acceptable.

I have demanded a refund and they are ignoring the demand. It is now September and I have neither a working phone screen nor my money.

This is utterly shameful service and bad in too many ways.
