Excellent same-day repair service and cheaper than other repair firms.
Slightly confusing booking system and website. No automated booking confirmation received if you use general booking system. Much better to order a specific repair job through the website, but this had to be explained to me, and I had difficulty finding my specific mobile model through the website's search function and this also means you have to pay full cost up-front, rather than just a deposit then balance later.

Very quick service and very helpful and friendly will defo use again

ok here we go,my son has a swegway and one day it just would not charge,it threw him off?we thought it was the Samsung charger we bought a new one compliant with uk health and safety standards,it didnt charge up,so we looked evreywhere we we could get it fixed,we discovered Tronixcity of Bristol,I spoke to Joanne they are run by lovely Chinese people,it was £30 for collection and Diagnostics,within 5 days they called to say it was fixed and explained what the problem was and so paid £89 for new Battery,Repair,Delivery I cannot begin to say how fast they were and throughout kept me in the loop by Email and by phone,I believe that they are unbeatable on price and service and highly recommend these guys as they WONT rip you off.

Roy and Joanne who run this shop are the most genuine honest people I have met. They went above and beyond to get my daughter a new hoverboard as the one we got off eBay was total rubbish.. I strongly recommend going to this shop for all your gadget repairs and if you need an item they will supply it with a full warranty. Brilliant service, honest and reliable..

First time trying this company which I found through a search on Google. They were by far the cheapest in Bristol for the work I needed. Left my iPhone 7 with a smashed screen on Tuesday afternoon at their downtown address, picked it up fully repaired on Wednesday morning. Communication was easy and effective. Highly recommended.

They did repair my phone, however, the job was not done as cleanly as it should have been (tiny scratch in the corner) and the parts are not as good, far from it, as the genuine ones from the manufacturer.
