I have only good things to say about Trono.co! I made a mistake after my order and received a prompt and polite response which highlighted my mistake. The service has been great and the Furry cardigan I ordered is a great true to size fit and I was also impressed with the quality of the fabric, so much so that I intend on buying the other coloured version of this garment. Thanks for the great service!

Don't waste your money. they have a small window for you to return items and you'll be paying for overseas shipping for items you can find on Temu or the Tiktok Shop.

The sizing runs super small, something that would come from a cheap asian factory. The quality seemed alright though.
Opened a return because the XL was the equivalent of a UK medium even though I ordered an "oversized"
Opened a return, had to pay £12 to send it to norway, then they had to pay 25€ customs for my return, so I ended up getting a refund of £35 when in total my order was £65 + £12 return = £77
Refunded less than half of what I had to pay to deal with this company, and the shipping times are horrendous, it took a month to receive my order..
If you do end up buying here, buy like 2 sizes up on their tracksuits lol

It is a whole scam the jean quality are terrible there sizing are way off manufacturing wise , & on top of all that to return items you have to send them to “Netherlands” which just the cost alone cheapest as that your looking at about $120 dollars all set and done. I’m so upset and regret buying from the site , it’s a lesson learned and a loss took. They are not informative on their website, customer support is terrible . Please do not waste your money would hate anyone to be in the situation i’m in , I spent $184 for three pair of jeans that i thought were nice and unique good quality the complete opposite. As you can see w the #s if i do return them i’ll probably get $64 tops if im lucky

I have an item to send back for a refund as it is too big for me, I believe you can only return it within 14 days. I have tried to email made a request of refund it’s been approved but there is no address to send it back to ? Also I tired to DM in insta nothing ! I’m disappointed in lack of poor communication I just want to make a refund.

Took a long time to receive the delivery of my item. However upon reaching out to the customer service team they couldn’t have been more helpful. When my item eventually arrived it was too small, exchanged it for a large and again it took a bit of time. Got my item in the end but the whole process took over a month. But I love the product. Nice customer services to interact with and really nice products.

Ordered a piece from Trono recently and had a slight delay with the delivery, this was slightly annoying, as I paid for the express shipping, but nevermind… they then reached out to me very quickly to let me know there was a problem with warehouse communications and apologised and made sure I was informed when the package was en route. Which was a nice touch.

After delivery I also had another issue, which again, slightly annoying, but they quickly resolved this, and quite honestly their customer service team went above and beyond to make things right and I appreciate the level of care they took to make sure they responded and fixed the issues quickly.

Their customer service has been a lot better than most brands I have dealt with in the past and that alone is enough to make me give these guys another chance, I understand they’re undergoing a major rebrand and trying to push a whole new look which I commend them for, and hiccups will happen along the way, but they way they handled things was brilliant and I take my hat off to them.

I will make sure to keep an eye on there socials and will definitely give them another go with their new upcoming collections.
