I purchased from this company via Amazon. I had to return the product as it is an unwanted gift to my son. The refund wasn't forthcoming so I contacted Amazon, who put the blame firmly at the seller's door. I finally contacted the seller, who couldn't have been more helpful and had only heard of my issue that day. He refunded my payment immediately. Wonderful service. I will use this company again and would recommend both their product and their ethics 100%. Thank you very much for your help.

Very disappointing
The rug has either been very poorly stored or it’s just a bad quality.
Will not lay flat, edges all wrinkly, tried stretching it out in the heat to flatten it but it’s still the same.
The cheaper £20 rugs I’ve purchased have always lay flat, this is the worst one Ive ever purchased and it’s almost 5 times the price!

This is my 3rd outdoor mat of this colour and style. Unfortunately it seems to be being discontinued which is a shame as it’s so vibrant and they last really well and can be left outside all year round. I’d wanted the really large size but they only seem to have the medium one in stock these days. 5 stars though!😁

Uncontactable company
Rug that came was really thin and printed not woven and made a crunchy sound when walked on - and it slides all over the floor every time you walk on it. Have been trying to contact them for a week to arrange a refund. They're not replying to my emails and the phone number listed doesn't exist.
