Received my 3 x rare albino dolphins on the 13/10/21 I was delighted with them. All arrived safe and was packed well.
I put them in my quarantine tank on their own as I do with all my fish including 3 albino dolphins that I had bought elsewhere( smaller ones ) which are now in my 6ft main tank happily swimming around .
The first few hours they seamed absolutely fine but then they started to go down hill hiding away etc .
I have now lost all 3 of them and I did exactly the same with these 3 as I did with my other 3 … Just does not make any sense . I’m totally distraught .

Tropco review
I ordered fish from this company, A.K.A. Andrew Lintott and Assoc. Ltd. over a month ago, time enough to get my new aquarium established and clean the old one. Both tropical. I had worries about buying live fish on line. Beth could not have been more helpful.
With a month’s grace I of course did a lot of research and modified my order. No problem in the least! Then worried about the fish I had decided on. Was assured they would be packed in bags of oxygen and heated. They arrived on the Thursday morning of the 7 October as promised. I let them rest for and hour before unpacking. They all looked well and with 6 magic heat pads to keep them warm. The pads were still warm 3 days later! They are juveniles for the most part so ate after a few hours. The Siamese Fighting fish was exactly what I wanted, Blue and Red. (Another telephone request to Beth).
In all I was delighted with the company. Days on they seem to have settled very well and still looking healthy. I have kept tropical fish since I was 5, 60 years. I was bought up in the tropics so never had heaters, or bubblers. I hate to think how inadvertently cruel I was without air pumps. The DX delivery driver was als excellent. Guy Peterson, EX13, Devon

Ordered some cichlids xl males but they didn't have any ! They contacted me day of delivery and offered the size down which were more expensive and didn't charge me ! Brilliant service and the fish came well packed and after an hour were chilled out and swimming with the gang ! Gorgeous fish would buy again !

The albino ruby shark I ordered was supposed to be 5cm, on arrival I find a baby 1.2-1.5 cm ruby shark which I wasn’t overly happy about and also ordered a cyrtocara Moorii dolphin which was meant to be 6-7cm which came 2cm and I’m also uncertain it’s even the right fish until it grows some more. Don’t think I’ll shop here again although they all turned up safe and sound.

Lovely selection of fish. All very healthy and expertly packaged. I've tried quite a few online fish stockist but the health and quality of the fish doesn't compare to tropco.

Bought a selection of Guppy's from Tropco this week and have to say I was extremely pleased with both the quality of the fish and the protections they were afforded by the well-thought-out packaging. Heat pads were still warm and plenty of water in the bags to assure a plentiful supply of oxygen en-route for the number of fish in each bag. Definitely recommend and will buy again from Tropco.

I have bought different times from them and I have had great experiences and not so good. Generally I would say for African cichlids their stock is good; I have a group of frontosas I grew from 2’ to over 6’ now; very healthy fish. The angelfish I have from them are also great and some of their colour variants are difficult to find; I got albino blue sheen and they are stunning. The bad; I wish they were more responsive to the selection of fish, I understand this is not possible with many fish; but it is quite important when you are buying Malawi, the ratios of females and males are critical as it is having an all male tank of Peacoks. I also get a bit frustrated that you can’t speak with the manager if there is a problem and the communication is by email. Having said that; the staff is really nice, they tried to help, and for instance I had an order with two panda uaru dying within a couple of hours of being delivered and I could replace them with angelfish and they gave a free delivery. There is room for improvement as there is in most things, but I feel they are a good company trying to do their best.

Absolutely first rate! The last tropical fish purchased lasted 18 months and the plec has grown from less than an inch to 8" and is called George! This second lot was for my Dad's 80th birthday and they arrived this morning as requested, in perfect condition & he, my Dad, is chuffed to bits! Thank you once again we will purchase again!

Mixed messages, will not honour sales contracts if you complain( I let them know the fish died soon after with disease in a brand new fresh quarantine tank) will go back on previously agreed resolutions( to replace fish, to refund ones they didn’t replace, to refund those they said they’d put in next order, they cancelled. 11,000 tanks and 6 staff. Fish quarantined for 1 week then sold. Customers blamed for sick fish. Told they’ve never had issues of such with fish, the reviews refute this really shocked at the service, I’ve also had people from fish groups conform they’ve had similar issues from this shop.
I was sent emails after being told items would be replaced. That all my orders where cancelled and to shop elsewhere, I was told I was blaming them and they can’t control my water after already providing them my water tests and tank perimeters including information of how many hiding spaces and what types of heater, pump, feed. I’ve had to go trough PayPal and my bank to get my money. Back from orders I’ve not even received and have not been given a refund for items they agreed to replace on up coming orders ( they cancelled) this decision wasn’t discussed with me. I was told to email them due to the fact the “manager “ wouldn’t speak on the phone. I’m also often told they’ll speak to the manager and get back to me, tbis doesn’t get done so I have to chase up resolutions via email and call. Hence the large number of emails that I would of gladly spoken to on the phone once or twice instead of tanking up my time this way but was refused. I also got told I’d wrote this and confronted about it in an long email I received after I wrote this. Even tho it was left anonymously.

Received my fish today, excellent care from delivery driver saw him come and gently get the box containing fish out the fish were well packed and still warm fish were healthy and excellent condition asked for 1male and 3 females, beautiful speciman the male is exceptional. Well done trop co excellent communication this is the second time I have used them with excellent customer service thank you

Highly recommend the trop co , website is easy to use from the get go instantly recive your order conformation , I was called not even 5 minutes after I had placed my order to chose my delivery date which I was very happy about , fish arrived when they were supposed to , had a few small issues which no one Is to blame for but both Bethany and Sean when above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted , I’ll definitely be back again 10/10

I just wanted to drop some feedback around the great service/quality of livestock. From an informative website to a very polite call to arrange delivery of my shrimp. All arrived on expected day alive and healthy looking. As a real bonus i was looking to set up a red rili shrimp breeding colony and was delighted to see one of the shrimp had given birth in transit and had a bag full of tiny baby shrimp so turbo charged my timeline and gave even greater confidence on the quality of your livestock. I will certainly be using you in future for any further purchases required for my aquariums

Excellent choice of stock and first class service from order to delivery. This company genuinly cares for the welfare of their fish. I ordered a selection of tropical fish a d all arrived in great condition and have settled quickly in the tank. Highly recommend.

I ordered some fish around 1.5 years ago, the fishes came happy and healthy, one of my fish was juvenile when delivered so myself and my partner were never sure of the sex, today I decided to ring and ask if Tropco wouldn’t mind taking a look at some pictures now the fish is adult to determine the gender.

They were very happy to help, quick and polite responses through email and certainly had no problem with taking the time to help me out.

We now no longer have a princess fish, rather a king...

Used these guys a few times now most recently for a High Grade Orange & Black Oranda. Was kept updated as delivery was postponed (for fish welfare reasons) due to the very cold weather. Oranda was a lovely colour & obviously very healthy & well looked after their end. Settled in immediately & has been a fantastic addition to the office aquarium. Would definitely recommend.

Fish are in great condition, I got 10 and asked for more males than females.....unfortunately I only recieved 1 male and 9 females.
