We sent this out First Class signed for with Royal Mail on 22nd June. Royal Mail we have never had a problem with and Items arrive within 48hrs. Have looked on Royal Mails website and it states that mail is not lost till after 10 working days. I would also like to add in that the order placed online states DATE REQUIRED 26TH JULY 2020 Entered by the Customer

Great service. The medals I ordered were out of stock due to Covid-19. Graham messaged me and said he had sourced an alternative which were of a higher quality but he didn’t charge any extra.. The free engraving is a lovely extra touch. Would definitely use again.

We tried phoning Monday Tuesday Wednesday on the phone number that was given and will not connect. We even sent a text to this number. As for the payment gateway we have had other customers use it OK and we have just checked it and worked OK. If the right info for debit/credit card is not input correct it will be declined to security reason
